    Room so hot had to open patio doors all night.Left sign to make up room, On return no change apart from sign had been turned back to do not disturb.Another night in a sauna 🥵.     We went to Bologna to celebrate a birthday and this hotel did us proud. We got a lovely room with a bath. The reception realised the birthday and provided a wonderful complementary in room service. The hotel itself was well appointed and the service excellent.     Very good and very clean hotel and Bologna not overcrowded like Rome. Aldi next door. Only got hummus and crackers and water there one evening because it was late. No spa so 4. Excellent check in staff and nice bar. Excellent recommendations for Bolognese 5* restaurants from check in young girl, but not expensive like USA 5*. Bologna foodie capital of Italy 🇮🇹. Took the train from Rome vaca and only 2 hr train 🚊 ride to Bologna. Walked to hotel… easier since it was only 4 blocks. Excellent pastries 🥐 on every corner. Very kind people we met all over Bologna.
