    We ran into a problem with changing flight times on a tour, had to leave our next door Airbnb with difficult on a busy Sunday getting our luggage stored. The hotel was our next door neighbour. We explained our problem and they so kindly took our luggage for the day with such charm and hospitality.

    Good location in Bologna with pleasant and efficient reception staff. Within walking distance of the city centre and Bologna Centrale train station. Breakfast staff not very friendly, although the light breakfast is free with a croissant and a tea/coffee. Overall good.

    The room was really clean and comfortable, The hotel is ideally situated close to all the sights and sounds of the city plus the railway station. The hotel reception were really nice in helping us find locations in the city. The morning breakfast buffet they had before COVID was of course stopped, but they still offer appropriate breakfast refreshments every morning from 7 am to 9.30 am. At the time of writing, face masks are still required in taxis and public transport.

    (+) Good location at the heart of city center, rich breakfast comparing with continental breakfasts of Italy, clean rooms(-) Neglected building, ratty and musty furniture, no disposable slipper, only one complimentary 50 cc bottle of water for whole stay, a kettle but no coffee and suitable plug socket for it, city tax demand altough it is not informed before

    The staff at this hotel is amazing...from the front desk to the breakfast and housekeeping staff...as a foodie this hotel is very convenient to the square where you will find culinary experiences...dining with friends...bus transportation stops in front of the hotel...we enjoyed the very short walk into town...very clean hotel...enjoyed the breakfast and excellent price...still the staff makes this hotel and I want to say Thank You...
