    5day city break in Bologna

    rating11 Oct 2026

During our 5 night stay in Hotel Aemilia we were very well looked after. Our room was comfortable and spotless with the small caveat that the cleaners/housekeeping re-plenishings of items was sometimes inconsistent. All the hotel staff were delightful and went out of their way to help. Whoever is responsible for recruitment and training is doing a good job and we must give particular praise for the dining room team. Front Office, Servizi per gli ospiti/front office at Savhotel Aemilia Bologna, responded to this review Dear Teresa,Thank you for choosing Savhotel Aemilia Bologna for your five-night city break and for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We are delighted that you felt well looked after throughout your stay. Your kind words about our team, especially the dining room staff, are a wonderful recognition of the care and dedication they bring to their work every day.Thank you also for highlighting the occasional inconsistencies with housekeeping replenishments. While we are pleased that you found your room comfortable and spotless, we understand how important it is for these small details to be taken care of consistently, and we will keep your observation in mind as we continue to refine our service. It was a pleasure to have you with us, and we hope to welcome you back to Bologna for another enjoyable stay.Warm regards,ElisaFront Desk
