    Great central base to visit Bologna

    Great little hotel, 3 minute walk from the train station. Easy walk into the centre of town. Staff were great. Manage to check in early and they sorted our suitcases the next day until we got the train. Breakfast was fine. Would definitely recommend and return if we visited Bologna again.

    Good location. Nice clean rooms. Breakfast very poor and low quality.No fresh fruit, no orange juice. Toaster that doesn't toast. No crusty bread, come on we are in Italy.     Canceling costs more than staying

    I had to cancel my reservation because my flight was canceled, which was completely outside of my control.Despite this, the property charged a cancellation fee that was higher than the total cost of the booking. This was not clearly emphasized during the booking process and feels extremely unreasonable.I contacted the property to explain the situation and asked for some flexibility, but they refused any refund or compromise and showed no consideration for the circumstances.I strongly advise future guests to read the cancellation policy very carefully.     Very dirty bathroom, breakfast buffet was very empty and almost nothing to choose from, the people working there were very bad at English and almost didn’t understand anything.
