    Lovely clean hotel

    Stayed for 2 nights. We were early for check in so was able to leave our bags with reception. We asked for a quiet room and we got one which we were pleased about. The bed was very comfortable so got a good sleep apart from how hot the room gets even when you Turn the heating off. We were lucky to have a window so had that open most the time we were in the room apart from when we slept. You get toiletries in the bathroom. And a good quality hair dryer. The room has a fridge but no tea and coffee making facilities which was a disappointment. The Tv has only sky news and cnn news in English so not much to watch in bed before sleep. The breakfast was nice and had a good selection of food for a couple of days away.     Ideal location for train or airport.

    Needed a hotel near the train station and this was perfect. It's directly across the street, so easy walk to the train and the monorail to the airport. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was great, shower was fantastic.     Terrible customer service

    The hotel refused to turn on the air conditioning system. Told us to open our windows. Street noise and bugs due to no window screen made it very uncomfortable.Paid a lot for this room. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the unacceptable problems encountered, particularly with regard to the air conditioning and the resulting poor service.As regards the air conditioning system, we are in the transition phase from summer to winter mode which will be activated from 15 October as per the municipal ordinance. Our air conditioning system is not active due to environmental sustainability and energy saving issues, therefore while waiting for the transition to winter mode, work with external recycle air. We know this has made your stay extremely uncomfortable due to the inevitable street noise and the presence of insects.     Reception experience was excellent. Francisco help immediately with luggage, and check in was efficient, Rooms are large and clean compare to other hotels in Europe. Breakfast was good.
