Made the reservation long time in advance, notified them about early arrival but didn't expect the room to be ready so early.... but it was... Thanks UNA. We got a big suite, perfect for one night stay, very nice and friendly reception staff. Perfect location next to central station and a short walk to the historic center and shopping area. Great location

We stayed at UNA Hotel Bologna and overall had a good experience, though there were a few issues during our stay that initially left us disappointed. That said, the management team handled everything quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent—perfect for getting around Bologna and very convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of choice and good quality food to start the day.The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a positive difference. While not everything was perfect, the way the team resolved things showed great customer service.Overall, a pleasant stay with some bumps along the way, but handled well.We would recommend this hotel. Lovely clean hotel

    rating24 Jan 2026

Stayed for 2 nights. We were early for check in so was able to leave our bags with reception. We asked for a quiet room and we got one which we were pleased about. The bed was very comfortable so got a good sleep apart from how hot the room gets even when you Turn the heating off. We were lucky to have a window so had that open most the time we were in the room apart from when we slept. You get toiletries in the bathroom. And a good quality hair dryer. The room has a fridge but no tea and coffee making facilities which was a disappointment. The Tv has only sky news and cnn news in English so not much to watch in bed before sleep. The breakfast was nice and had a good selection of food for a couple of days away. The hotel is straight across the road from the station and close to everything you want to see. alessio zadel, Proprietario at UNA Hotels Bologna Centro, responded to this review Dera Moose,We sincerely thank her for sharing her experience. We are delighted that he found our hotel charming and clean, and that the strategic location in front of the station facilitated his visit to Bologna. We are happy that the assigned room met your request for tranquility and comfort. It is important for us to know that you appreciated the quality of our courtesy line and features such as the professional hair dryer.Regarding the room temperature, we thank you for the report; during the winter season, central heating is provided, but our staff is always available to assist guests in regulating airflow to improve the internal microclimate. We also noted your disappointment with the lack of tea and coffee facilities and the limited selection of international channels: your suggestions are invaluable in helping us evaluate future room equipment upgrades. We hope to be able to welcome her again, perhaps for an even more comfortable stay and perfect in every detail.Best regardsAlessio ZadelResident Manager
