    One of the worst hotel experience on earth

    In this hotel you don’t get drinking water, tea bags, creamer pouches or even a water kettle……. Thats not all….. The AC is pathetic… doesn’t cool the room for 3 hours……. If you ask for the items mentioned above…… first it will be denied…… then later it will be given….. So you have to forget your business trip and focus on asking again and again for above items

    Had an amazing stay at Una. Friendly stuff, modern decoration, comfortable rooms, attention to detail. Breakfast was superb. Dined at the hotel restaurant and wholeheartedly recommend it.     Disappointing: lacking customer service.

    Well, I didn't like it and won't stay in UNA Hotels again. Very pedestrian. Location is only convenient for attending Fiera events and conferences. Otherwise, it doesn't make any sense to stay there. Too far from city center and all sites. I was hosted by Italian side, and couldn't choose my own hotel: it was a conference hotel, and they paid for the room. Upgrading a room to make sure my family can join me was unnecessarily complicated. I couldn't get a response from hotel for 5 days! I got the answer only during the day of arrival after 3 unsuccessful follow ups via email s and even phone. Also, almost every our request was met with indifference or just plain "no". Particularluly insulting was their refusal to provide complimentary water, bottled or filtered. Access to clean water and Wi-Fi, both complimentary, is a must in my hotel checklist. We also didn't like the front desk attitude when we had interactions with them. The upgraded Executive rooms for 3 ppl are ok, nothing special, but adequate and clean. Shower stall was way too small though. Breakfast was also ok, 3 out of 5. Bar was small and with very limited selection. I stay mostly in Accor Hotels in Europe, and they treat me well, especially with Platinum status. Service in UNA was certainly lacking, hence it is 2 stars at best. Don't recommend it.     Excellent city hotel. Smart and modern. Off centre but not too far from Bologna centre. Good breakfast and nice staff.

    Excellent quality city style hotel with modern and smart minimalist look. Somewhat plain in areas and might lack character but it is very good quality with superb staff and solid facilities. Enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast, which had everything you wanted to start the day. The bar area does the job and outside area is good in the warm weather. Room quality is high and is smart and clean. Comfortable bed and good sleep each night. Nice big shower and quality feel here too.The walk to the town is straightforward but is about 25 mins to get to the centre. Probably better to taxi it at times.     Large complex with small but sufficient rooms
