Location

This hotel is located in Via Larga and can be reached easily from the 11/bis exit of the Bologna ring road. The Atahotel Bologna Business Center is connected with various public transportation solutions that arrive from the city center and the Fiera, only 10 minutes away by car. Its strategic position is adjacent to the Via Larga railway station, connected with the Bologna central station. The airport can be reached using public transportation from stops that are near the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 144 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     We loved our stay here, the rooms are comfy, quiet and clean.Big plus is a very very good breakfast and a free parking around the hotel. In front of the hotel is a bus stop (line 14) that will take you to the center of Bologna in 20 minutes. We will be back for sure.     Excellent value for money

    We stayed overnight at UNAHOTELS San Vitale mid-August during our trip from Ancona to Belgium, due to the hotel’s excellent location next to the highway. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a spacious junior suite instead of the triple room we had booked, we were offered a place in the underground parking free of charge and the restaurant stayed open a little bit later so we could have diner. A big shoutout to Sarah at the reception who was incredibly helpful assisting us in finding a nearby garage for a tire change, so we could continue our trip without delay. Highly recommended for travelers looking for value for money, attentive service and convenient location.     Nice hotel, 20 minutes away from Bologna centrale by bus. Bus stop is just 5 minutes away. Our check in staff was friendly & funny. Nice Breakfast with various options, they have coffee machine. Room is very spacious, parking spot is everywhere close to the hotel (no i don't drive, but i can see many parking spot on its surrounding).     Zero Customer Service Zero Hospitality Zero Referral

    Arrived on our cross road honeymoon, Bologna was not in the plan but decided to make a rest stop, when booking we thought rooms were with bathtubs since all the photos show accordingly and once arrived learned this was not the bookimg made. Simple solution would be expected but not the case, at all! The front receptionist, Donna A. quoted higher upgrading fees of 30% than the booking app and since we could not change the reservation or make changes to the reservation we made, unless we cancelled and lost the booking and money. Asking her to please upgrade of the same she informed not possible and her rates were only available but then when I explained this made no sense since we would upgrade directly with hotel. She informed additional fees apply but when I pointed out she was charging more she stood quiet, obviously not the truth. She then took photos of our passports to check us into the reservation. after she was well aware we were trying to cancel or change the reservation with the booking app third party. I then asked her why is she checking us in again she stood quiet and informing she was uploading our photosto our reservation. Again, clearly not helping the situation and making it worsen. This woman should not be representing a 4star hotel with zero customer service. When I asked to speak to her manager she informed me none are on duty and don’t work on weekends. I was given a email in which I did send same content to share this experience. Zero assistance and Zero recommendation!Not to mention we asked for the AC to be lowered since you don’t have control in your room for rooms temperature and Donna A. Informed she will lower slightly, Gee Thanks! This should also be mentioned in your description AC is not adjustable to your preferred temperature. The rooms shower has black mildew around the tiles, which should be corrected for false advertising of better quality.Not possible and I cannot believe this is a 4star hotel and am sure the company is unaware of their poor service staff representing their franchise establishment. Invest into proper customer service training for your staff. After reading several other low rating reviews seems to be a reoccurring issue. Do not recommend a pit stop at this hotel!     The restaurant was presentable, check in was a bit longer than necessary although we booked through Expedia probaly why took longer. Gym not serviceable which was not ideal. Dinner was great desert was fantastic and wine lovely …………………..
