  Clean, comfortable, amenities

  15 Sept 2026

Great location with many restaurants nearby. Room was large and had A/C that worked very well. En suite had a small shower stall (worked well) and bidet. Good towels, twin beds could be separated (two guys stayed in room). Code access is a good idea; no keys to lose. Lobby actually had free ice (rare for Europe) and an assortment of reheat meals and snacks for purchase if you get in late. Breakfast had hot items along with good European assortment. Upper floors were quiet. fine spot for wine tasting base

  07 Sept 2026

The hotel was fine and served our needs. On a Monday night the dining options in the area are slim to none - make a note if visiting then. The area in Bolzano across the river from the holtel is in the don bosco district. It is gritty, safe but gentrified. The walking/biking trails are wonderful and feel safe even after dark. Our hotel itself was clean and minimal - no coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was solid. Memorable stay in Bolzano

  01 Sept 2026

I had a great stay at this place. Our room was very nice; spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location also grew on me; despite not being exactly in the centre of downtown, it’s a short walk away through a very scenic neighbourhood by the river. Above all else however, the service was impeccable; the staff here was very helpful and friendly. For example, they went above and beyond to help us with some luggage forwarding logistics, to make our Bolzano trip as smooth as possible. I cannot recommend this place enough. Excellent hotel with spacious rooms and very kind staff. Were exceptionally helpful in processing my luggage for luggage shipping while I did the Rosengarten traverse then the second half of AV2. Would recommend without reservation! Bolzano, General Manager at B&B Hotel Bolzano, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for the great review of our hotel!
