All-around wonderful stay

We had an all-around wonderful stay at this hotel. We’d especially like to highlight the exceptionally helpful and warm staff: when we suddenly had car trouble, we were able to extend our stay at short notice easily and without any hassle. The team also supported us with interpreting and really took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. You don’t often experience this level of dedication and hospitality—we’re very grateful and would happily come back anytime!

There were two ladies at the reception (I don't know their names) who were professional and their treatment was classy and friendly. I felt like this was my home because of their treatment and their keenness to make everything perfect.

Friendly Staff. Large spacious modern room. Cleaned daily. Local Information available from front desk. Food/drink vending machine in lobby. Breakfast available for an added cost. Sited in the south of Bolzano, with plenty of parking, around 30 minutes walk into old town centre. Would stay again and recommend.
