    You have a serious security problem.Elevators were locked for level 0 until 7 o'clockFar more terrible was the fact that the staircase escape door was locked as well on level 0, until 07.00I strongly hope that you never have a fire with 200 people trying to find y way out.May-be we are a little bit sensitive following our Crans Montana fire that killed 42 young people unable to find the exit.In addition I'm kind of troubled becuse I have to use strong pain medication following a accident 3 weeks ago.1 small box with containing Ecofenac CR75 mg disappeared (without saying stolen) from my room on Tuesday,sad!!Orherwise the hotel was ok, room and food

    This hotel has a great location with easy walk along Lake Iseo situated across the street and ~20 minute walk to a local supermarket (Italmatk).Perks: buffet breakfast, warm indoor swimming pool and a Thai spa.What they can do better: provide a kettle in the rooms, provide an iron, water and ice dispenser and better air quality in the rooms (air conditioner).     Hotel: clean, friendly frontdesk service. Spa is a deception.Thai restaurant is NOT Thai at all: starter all from supermarket and nothing Thai. Main course: disgusting. Waiter: a shame for the branche.
