  I do not recommend this hotel to anyone — unless your goal is an afternoon affair that requires maximum discretion. The underground parking, the two‑person jacuzzi placed directly at the foot of the bed, and the oversized mattress make the intended use painfully obvious.For anyone else — business travelers, solo guests, or couples on vacation — this place is a complete disaster.The room had no air conditioning despite 100°F (38°C) temperatures on May 27. Being in Brescia, opening the window is not an option unless you enjoy being eaten alive by mosquitoes.The bathroom sink was clogged, the radiator was leaking, and the safe didn’t work.Two nights in a row, a bus of 70–80 people stormed the hotel, taking over the “restaurant,” emptying the buffet both at dinner and breakfast, and ensuring that no guest could enjoy a quiet moment after a long workday. One and a half overwhelmed staff members tried — unsuccessfully — to manage the chaos. Basic courtesy (hello, thank you, goodbye) was nowhere to be found.The food was extremely poor and shockingly basic. You have to ask for everything: salt, pepper, oil, lemon for the fish (there is none), and so on.Breakfast was even worse: you clear your own table, shake off the crumbs from previous guests, ask for coffee, ask for hot milk, deal with plastic cutlery, dirty tablecloths, and artificial orange juice that tastes like chemicals. Staff clears tables loudly while you’re still eating.And the list goes on… but I’ve wasted enough time here.I checked out and left as fast as I could.

  This Hotel (which is a Motel not a Hotel) is the worst nightmare I have ever experienced in a lifetime spent traveling the world over!Parking under the Hotel “at your own risk. The Hotel takes no responsibilities for thefts.”The A/C was not working at all - in a night of scorching heat (30 degrees Celsius), I called the Front Desk several times, they always told me they would look into it and resolve the issue and would get back to me/never did! DIDN’T SLEEP ALL NIGHT LONG because of the heat and stickiness in the room!In the morning I tried to take a shower: ONLY COLD WATER in the room!In the morning I went to complain at the Reception: very rude and arrogant personnel.At 7:15am I showed up at the Breakfast Buffet, literally NOTHING WAS LEFT!They told me “because they had a Group of Chinese that just had breakfast”. Please NO B.S. - I have never seen such an embarrassing scene (for the Hotel!) all my life!

  Not awfull for 1-2 days just to sleep and take a shower but you can find much better (the water goes down the drain very slowly and your feet are 3-5 cm in the water), in bathroom there is no ventilation and smells damp. Also found a short hair, don’t want to think from what part of body🤢🥴. Smells of trapped air and cigarettes in a hall and trapped air in the room. Air conditioner doesn’t work well. And on the window there is no mosquito net. So we had to choose the fresh night air of the June heat and get bitten. And the price was 160€ !!! For what?

  Right place for a romantic weekend. Friendly personnel. The breakfast was pretty well organized; I'd recommend this hotel also for the practical location near the access to the city and the main road to the turistic places

  I stepped by this Hotel for an overnight stay during a business trip: not 100m as advertised, but it's very near to the A4 Highway, good position as a break for a long trip.The superior room is very large, practically an apartment, with two-people Jacuzzi and a wide sofa at the entrance.Anyway, the place is advertised as an Hotel, but part of it is actually a Motel, which could be more clearly advertised.The option of bringing you car in front of your room is very practical, and the place has also an unguarded wide underground garage.I've been probably given the most noisy possible room, next to the road: my suggestion is to expressly ask for one facing "inside".
