  Room was spacious and bed was comfyLocation was around 30 minute walk into Brescia town centre right next to the castle Atmosphere was ok however there were dogs barking a lot of the time throughout the day and night The bar was empty most night except New Year's Eve when they had a DJ on which was good however it was 10euro a drink which was a little expensive and there was no menu to browse at the bar Cleanliness of the hotel areas were good particularly in the spa however cleaner only came once in our room whilst we was there for 5 days which meant the room got messy with rubbish we kept having to ask for clean towels and toilet roll which wasn't great Was an ok value for money in terms of the room however we tried the 9 euro buffet breakfast on one of the days and it is advertised to serve until 1030am and we got there at 10am and they had cleared most of it away and turned the coffee machines off and I seen staff enjoying the left overs which meant this was disappointing for us ended up with a yogurt each as that was all that was left they should advertise until 10am if this is the case They advertise as complimentary coffee making facilities however there was 3 sachets of coffee left in the room for the whole 5 days and no milk to actually make a coffeeReception staff were friendly every time we spoke and helped us out when needed

  The best option for local business travel.

  A solid four star hotel with staff that are happy and efficient throughout.A reasonable gym which is a plus and the spa is actually far beyond expectations for a hotel at this price point.Rooms have good air conditioning throughout and the beds are certainly comfortable enough.The location is perfect for those doing business at one of the many industrial companies around Brescia and also a close enough hop to Milan if required.

  I have to say that the reception desk staff during my stay at The Master Hotel were exceptionally helpful at every opportunity. It made my stay in Brescia very relaxing and stress- free. The spa is nice too - we had it to ourselves and the breakfasts were fresh.

  We were so looking forward to getting to the hotel, especially as we had had a car accident just two hours previously, the initial reception experience was great and they seemed to be concerned and wanted to be helpful, so that was a plus.Things were not so great after that, the rooms are so bland and uninspiring, no pictures on the walls very stark and very unappealing, the tea making facilities, were not used as I refuse to drink hot drinks out of paper cups, every other hotel we have used on our Italy trip have been proper crockery.We ate in the hotel that evening, the main meals were ok, way too much food, so a lot wasted, the prices were reasonable, we asked for a bottle of water, then had to ask again, when it was not produced, the desserts were the highlight, as these were really nice, but then they were frozen out of a delivered box, not made on the site. The low point was all the cold vegetables, just laid in a semi cold chiller, it looks so inedible, but the flies were happy, the same for breakfast, it was a decent amount of food, as in variety, but it looked all so, not very edible, some of it looked like it had been their hours, the meats looked dry, the fruit was I assume fresh, but did not look it, the fruit juice machine liked to give more water than juice, and was quite watered down.Back to the room, and the bathroom, albeit in good order and clean, was not the most modern and up to date, the shower for anyone slightly over sized, like me, was a bit of a squeeze.Now the real issue, their internet is shockingly rubbish, it has taken me 85 minutes to get this written and posted, as the page keeps freezing or disappearing because there is no internet, we mentioned this to the reception yesterday, as we needed to get a lot of pictures and info to our insurance company, and the rebooted the server, and yes it did work a little better for about two hours then back to rubbish again, and again today, trying to access emails to check for important ones was a nightmare... it is not very good when a hotel like this can not provide the simple things like internet, hot water, crockery to drink out of and pleasant environments for the rooms.Would I stay here again, not if it were my choice, unfortunately it was not my choice on this occasion to stay here, as it was a group booking made by others.

  Horrific Nightmare at Hotel Master - A Stay to Avoid!

  I am writing this review to warn everyone about the dreadful experience I had at Hotel Master on May 25th, where I stayed in room 319. It was truly a nightmare!On that fateful night, I was rudely awakened by loud knocking on my door, followed by even louder knocking. When I finally opened the door, there was a hotel staff member complaining that the television was too loud, despite the fact that it was off and I was sleeping! This rude behavior was not only disturbing but downright shocking.This incident left me deeply distressed, resulting in panic attacks and severely disrupted sleep. A hotel should provide a safe and quiet environment, but Hotel Master failed miserably in this regard.I reached out to the hotel about this unacceptable experience and requested appropriate compensation, but their response was absolutely shameful. They offered a ridiculously small voucher as "compensation" and dismissed my complaint because it was not submitted by me personally. As if this would make the discomfort I endured any less valid!The treatment I received reflects a total lack of respect for guests and a complete disregard for professional service. The way Hotel Master handled this situation is utterly unacceptable.In addition to the horrifying incident with the television, my experience at Hotel Master was further marred by numerous other shortcomings. The spa facilities were not properly maintained, with the water murky and the ambiance far from relaxing. Furthermore, the teapot in the room emitted a foul odor reminiscent of burnt wiring, raising serious concerns about safety standards. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was extremely limited, with such sparse offerings that I ultimately chose to dine elsewhere. These issues only compounded my dissatisfaction with the overall quality of my stay at Hotel Master.If you value your peace of mind and decent treatment, steer clear of Hotel Master. My stay was a true nightmare, and I will not recommend this place to anyone.With bitter disappointment,
