Standard business room with average business service ( Giuseppe should be mentioned apart, he’s amazing). The hotel is ok. However, being a 4 stars, I had higher expectations, (for example no toiletries).

Perfect choice for a short stopover.

We drove through Italy and decided to stop in Brescia for one night. We had a room with sofa bed and it was very comfortable for a family with two children (4 and 2). The personell is very friendly both at the reception and at the restaurant. Right at the entrance in the lobby we found a cute children’s‘ play room with books. Hotel is very family and children friendly. At the restaurant we were served by an amazing gentlemen, Guiseppe, that spoke perfect English and German. Absolutely recommend this place. Small, quiet, clean rooms, I could even let my child be on the floor in the room. We arrived late and the pool was closed unfortunately but looked very inviting. We left early in the morning and were offered some breakfast to go and hot coffee. 10 out of 10.

We are currently at the novetel hotel the hotel is decent but the swimming pool is not open. It is 30 degrees outside and I cannot believe they will not open the thepool until June. At no point whilst booking this hotel where we told the pool would be shut . Fantastic customer service, a genuine family-like welcome

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel as part of a short trip to the Milan Winter Olympics (there are handy connections from the nearby train station). Both my wife and daughter are gluten free, which can sometimes be difficult to navigate in restaurants and hotels, and so I contacted the restaurant and front desk staff in advance. They could not have been more helpful in arranging gluten free options both at dinner and at breakfast, which made a massive difference to our enjoyment. The staff (particularly restaurant team Noè and Guiseppe, front desk lead Claudio and the awesome Bar Manager) treated us like we were family, providing a genuine and a warm welcome. I can’t complement the team highly enough.

Good hotel

This is a good business hotel with a short walk to the park, some restaurants and about 20mins to the main centre. Breakfast starts at 7am but they do offer a takeaway bag. Sadly the air conditioning didn’t work too well (room 515).
