    Terrible experience at the breakfast

    The hotel is strategically located, approximately a 16-minute walk from Brescia central station. It offers a panoramic view of Piazza della Vittoria and the Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta. The hotel’s decor is characterized by its austere style, evident from the lobby to the upper floors, where ample wood paneling is used. The room is spacious, featuring a large and comfortable bed adorned with high-quality bedding. The bathroom is equally impressive, boasting a generous size and being entirely covered in Taj Mahal quartzite. A delightful shower is also available.However, there was a minor inconvenience during my breakfast experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the sole employee present during breakfast. Unfortunately, she was unkind when asking for my room number. Subsequently, when I attempted to serve myself coffee using the self-machine, the same employee abruptly screamed at me to stop, because the machine was out-of-service. Regrettably, there was no prior notification provided. And she also said that if I wanted coffee I should order it directly from her, and so I did. And finally, when I opened the réchaud and it was empty, without eggs or baco, once again the employee said that if I wanted I should ask her to make the eggs. So, unfortunately the breakfast is in the hands of an employee with no manners with the guests and everything should go through her, from a simple coffee to the eggs. I had a terrible breakfast experience because of that.

    We really enjoyed our stay and we are keen to write a good review. A classy hotel. It's not contemporary, but we enjoyed the older style. Our beautiful large suite with its tall ceilings and good air con was appreciated, as was the proper bath tub and large well finished bathroom. Staff were outstanding. Our commendations and thx to Susanna and colleagues on the front desk.

    Absolutely glorious stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast was wonderful and varied, and the rooms were large, comfortable, and immaculate.The location and price can not be faulted. Our only reason for not giving a 5 was the disappointing terrace experience with only wine and sprite available.

    this must be some sort of mafia thing. no way this is a 5 star hotel. 70 year old furniture, faulty wiring, cracks in the wall, and flooring stripped to bare wood. but the most insane thing is a BAR ON THE SAME FLOOR AS ROOMS!! which is great if you don’t want to sleep. bring your ear plugs
