Relaxing place with beautifull garden

Absolutely beautifull garden all around you, every room has pretty balcony covered with plants and flowers. Perfectly crystal blue see water at the beach which si very close from the rooms also few steps from the bar. Beach has send and stones. The best idea of hotel-you have your own place at the beach with parasol and lounger belonging to your room all the time during your stay. So no scrambeling for place at the beach. This we really appreciated. Same with table at restaurant. You enter and have your "own" table ready all the time, which makes you feel very welcomed. Food was delicious and personal very friendly and organized. If weather is good you see volcano Stromboli from the hotel beach. Room clean and quiet, with airconditioner. It is a nice peacefull small resort.

Overrated Hotel. Disappointing stay.

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel. Its location is fantastic with beautiful gardens and well maintained pool. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful.However this is where the positives end. In my opinion the Hotel does not merit its 4 star. rating. The rooms are seriously in need of upgrading. The bathroom window was broken and would not remain open. The hole in the bathroom door is the result.The television is a joke with the smallest screen so watching it in bed is impossible.The food although plentiful is repetitive and completely DIY. No condiments available on the assigned table . When I asked the waiter if I could have some salt and pepper he pointed to the large salt and pepper grinders situated by the hot food counter. This area is completely congested by people plating up their meal No attempt by waiter to help. I gave up as I found it impossible to carry a plate and use the salt /pepper grinder. The waiters only job was clearing the plates from the table and twice he attempted to remove my plate before I had finished eating. There were several people around us using walking aids who must have found meal times a challenge . So disappointed by the lack of service .

Not whar I expected of a 4 star resort

The resort has its highlights — the gardens are beautifully maintained and create a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome upon arrival.However, there are several aspects of the stay that were disappointing. Some staff members were noticeably unapproachable and at times rude, which detracted from the overall guest experience.Although I booked an all-inclusive package, the offerings were very limited. Food was only available during set meal times, and alcoholic drinks were restricted to between 7 PM and midnight. Even then, the all-inclusive drinks selection was minimal — just two local spirits included, with all other alcoholic beverages requiring payment. On the upside, soft drinks were available from 10 AM to midnight.The rooms are quite dated and in need of renovation. Despite being advertised as having a minibar, only a basic fridge was provided. The bathroom also showed signs of wear, and the TV was extremely small, around 14 inches, which felt outdated by modern standards.Additionally, guests are required to wear a swimming cap before entering the pool — something not clearly communicated in advance. Entertainment was advertised as part of the stay, but there was little to no evidence of this during our visit.Overall, while the grounds and some staff make a good impression, the limited all-inclusive offering, dated rooms, and lack of promised amenities mean this hotel does not currently meet the standard expected of a 4-star rating.

A beautiful site and location - if a little remote. Food absolutely exquisite. BUT be warned this is NOT an all inclusive resort. Beer and wine is only available on an all inclusive package during lunch and evening mealtimes (a total of three hours a day) bottled water is unavailable in the morning. Tea is only available during breakfast hours. Hot plates are not available for breakfast after 9am. Individually the staff are mainly lovely but therestaurant manager appears to terrify and intimidate the staff and is very rude to the customers who do not tip him. There are no free ice creams or sugar free drinks available in the package either (except water) .This is proving a VERY expensive and disappointing ALL INCLUSIVE holiday.Having said that, the setting and grounds and the beach are stunning

Like a Royal Holiday – Peaceful, Warm, and Memorable

We spent an amazing time in Zambrone at this lovely hotel with my daughters. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and from the first day it felt like home.A special thank you to Mario, who was always in the restaurant, making sure that every guest had everything they needed. He was attentive, kind, and always ready to help, you could feel his genuine care in everything he did.The cleaning staff and reception were also wonderful, always friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more comfortable.One of the most magical parts of the hotel was the garden. It felt like something from a royal palace or a sultan’s courtyard, so elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. We spent a lot of time there just enjoying the beauty and calm.The food was another highlight, simple, fresh, and tasted just like home-cooked meals made with love.Thank you again, Mario, from Lana and her daughters. Your kindness and attention truly made our holiday special. We hope to return one day!
