  A wonderful hotel with a truly Italian atmosphere!   Overall, dissapointment - not 4 stars as expected... A very noisy place thanks to everyday animation programme (plus disco till midnight), Looks better from outside, really needs renovation inside. We stayed in a Standard room with tiny balcony, no proper window and full of old smelly (probably sanitizer) furniture. Daily cleaning, ok. Staff was quite friendly but speaking merely Italian only. Varied menu was fine, no problem to choose food you like. Nice sandy beach, we got "our" umbrella and sunbeds, (so no need to fight for space). There is no shop in the resort, so do not forget to pack carefuly...   Very noisy hotel with playing music after midnight.

  It was terrible experiance with this hotel and with travel agency Blue Style Czech republic. We we looking for quiet and peaceful place because we love calm holiday. But immediately we found out that this hotel is very noisy. Music was playing every day, from morning till late night and it finished almost one hour after midnight. It was so noisy outside, that we heard noisy music inspite of closed wimdows. We had terracy but it was really bad to sit outside and to hear noisy music. So we côuld sleep maybe from 1.00 am. And breakfast was from 7.30 am till 9,00 am, so we we had to wake up early to go for breakfast, because if we come for the breakfast after 8,30 am, we could find enough meal, food counters were almost empty. Lunch was from 12.30 pm till 2.00 pm. And dinner was late with short time to eat, from 7.30 pm till 9,00 pm, but again at 8,30 pm food court was almost empty. If we ask delegate from travel agency to help us, she informed us that travel agency had problems with very noisy animation programs. So we definitely knew that travel agency deceived us with very bad and deceptigely information. Last night we saw some fire above hotel area. If we ask delegate what is going on, they answered us after 3 hours after sending our message.Hotela area is very nice, wonderful. Sea was clean, warm. We were looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, but the hotel was extremely noisy, with loud music and animation going on until well after midnight. Sleeping was almost impossible, even with windows closed.The hotel itself is nice, the sea was clean and warm, but the constant noise and poor organization of the services ruined the experience.   Beautiful Setting, Noisy Resort: Mixed Feelings

  I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel I should point out a few things that aren’t exactly as advertised.Communication at the reception was quite a challenge – most of the staff don’t speak English, which is surprising for a hotel like this. On the positive side, everyone was very friendly and helpful, but the language barrier was real. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and air conditioning was a problem – in some rooms it didn’t work at all, in others it kept switching on and off, so you were either cold or too hot.Don’t expect peace and quiet – loud music and animations run all day until late at night. The only calm moment is the siesta after lunch, when things finally quiet down for a couple of hours. Arranging any takeaway food packages was tricky, even though they’re supposed to be available.A big surprise was that you can’t buy anything in the resort. If you don’t have a car, you have to rely completely on hotel services. The place is very popular with locals, so it’s always busy and lively.About the pools – it’s important to know that at least two-thirds of the main pool is really deep. Fine for adults, but a big issue for kids, who end up mostly in the kiddie pool or a small shallow area.The positives: the rooms are clean and fine, nothing fancy but comfortable enough. The beach is great, spacious and clean, with enough space for everyone even when the hotel is full. The first row of sunbeds was supposed to be for a fee, but nobody charged for them. The sea gets deep quickly and there are small pebbles, which may not suit all kids.All inclusive means main meals and drinks, but no snacks during the day. Food was varied, lots of fish, and there was always enough to eat. For drinks, there are local alcoholic drinks (not just wine and beer) and coffee, but you have to make your own mixed drinks and alcoholic drinks are served only after 1 PM.Overall, the stay was nice, mainly thanks to the beach and the friendly staff, but if you expect quiet or top-notch service, you might be disappointed.
