  Excellent all round. Super staff. A breakfast that was amazing. The most beautiful gardens and a lovely pool. Very clean and tidy. Connections could not be easier. Train from Lametzia to the station where hotel staff pick you up on golf buggy. Beach within easy reach. Crystal clear sea.   A great place to relax

  Me and my son (6 years old) had a week at Resort Tonicello and we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The resort is really cosy and you get a real Italian vibe from staying here. This is a place where you can really relax and enjoy the beautiful view from the pool, restaurant and beach area. And most importantly - you do not have to fight for the sun beds at the pool:)Please note this spot is a bit remote - meaning no supermarkets nearby.   Amazing esperience in Costa degli Dei

  I stayed in the resort for a week with some friends. This is a very large structure with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation: comfortable rooms, a private beach (with bar), restaurant, pool, gym and so on... I enjoyed very much our staying, we spent most of the time at the beach (with an appreciated shuttle service) and during meals we could try the amazing cousine of Calabria, with ingredients supplied by local companies. Staff was always kind and helpful.Position is also logistically strategic: train station directly connected to Lamezia's airport is very close by.   We cannot recommend Hotel Resort Tonicello highly enough. The only pity for us was that we did not stay longer. Good food, amazing team/staff, beautiful pool and pool area, practically on the beach. We are a family of five and we all truly fell in love with this place. It is amazing value for money (we stayed off season in mid October). The view at breakfast time (if you can ignore the wasps) is breath taking.   This is a lovely hotel with great service. We were very happy with the room, food, and service. Simone and Barbara were wonderful people who were very helpful with every request. The restaurant servers were very nice; pool and bar nice, and the beach was fantastic. Sandy beaches with great fish to see why snorkeling right off the beach area. Restaurants and bars on the beach area and the hotel drives the guests to and from the beach in a golf cart upon request all day. Just a very peaceful place to stay. Upon leaving, they provide a nice gift of jams as a thank you for staying at their hotel. I would go back for sure.
