We stayed at this hotel as a "landing spot" while visiting family in Calabria. My only regret was that we didn't spend more time here. It is absolutely beautiful! The grounds are immaculate. The pool was so refreshing and had constant sun! We had a villa/cottage and it was perfect for our family. We got to play mini golf and had the course to ourselves. The breakfast was great! We had dinner once at the restaurant and it was delicious! Staff are friendly and very polite. Can't wait to go back!

Very rural. Large resort with individual chalet type accommodation which was very clean and spacious. With a terrace with table & chairs. Welcome was very poor quite literally hello can I have your documents your room is that way. Another wedding location, where the pool closed at 6 to allow for the party. The restaurant in the evening was ok. The breakfast the next morning was terrible. You have to queue for coffee the offering is terrible and the staff where unhelpful more or less said just look & your find it, my husbands plate was taken away whilst he was still had his pastry in his hand, astonishing!!!

We’ve just returned to the UK from a wonderful trip. The resort is beautiful- it’s alive with animals, birds and plant life. The birds I heard with my bird app were incredible. The bungalows were perfect for our family, giving us space and privacy. The weather was a little cold and cloudy as it was April, but we had plenty to do, playing mini golf, taking the mountain bikes out and spending time with the animals. The pool looked gorgeous and a good size but too cold to go in this time. The views are incredible! The staff were helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone spoke good English and we were able to check in early and check out late without fuss. Internet was tricky to connect to, but fast and good when we did. We took a taxi to Pizzo, which is just lovely too. It’s worth knowing that the resort is accessed via a steep and slightly winding road, so prepare for this if driving- but this is why there is the view! We thought the restaurant was very good too, a little fine dining but the tuna and swordfish in particular were delicious. We loved it here and will definitely be back soon!

Not great for groups and beware of ants!

We were a group of 28. We spent three nights at the resort. The food and grounds were great, but we were not treated well by the staff. First, several of us made dinner reservations for the garden patio, and we were told all of those tables were reserved for others, despite confirmation. The most problematic issue was one of the rooms was infested with ants. For three days we struggled with staff to address the issue. They never got rid of the ants and refused to provide a different room. The last night that couple had to bunk with other travelers because of the problem. Very disappointing because this could be a wonderful spot. It was miserable for the couple in the room with the ants, and the staff did little to nothing to help.

We would like to point out that some members of your group booked the table at the restaurant separately without specifying their preference to be outdoors or to have the tables close to each other. Our Maître tried to meet your requests, despite the threats, swear words and insults he received by shouting from one of you. As regards the problem of ants, being a structure immersed in the countryside, it is possible to find some small insects. Our staff intervened promptly as soon as it was reported and, furthermore, to apologize for the problem, a gift was given that was appreciated by the Guests who experienced the inconvenience.Normally our staff is kind and helpful to all the Guests of the Resort, even in your case, despite the insults repeatedly received from some members of your group.Cordially,The Management

we stayed in like a small villa/cabin like atmosphere. it was ok. our room had a terrible shower. did not drain at all. breakfast was terrible. bread. bread. bread. cold coffee. not great at all. plenty to see around area. silk worms. caves that monks lived in.
