Buffet service very slow, rooms with dilapidated furniture, bathrooms in need of complete renovation. Bar with very little choice of drinks and ice cream. Excellent activities, very organized (especially Futurlandia). I don't like the entertainment for 11-year-old kids; very few activities. The room needs to be renovated in my opinion.
