Beautiful villa from the outside, almost in the centre and very close to all restaurants. Stunning breakfast with great service and nice seating — that was the only thing which made our stay more positive.Negative: The room was extremely small and dirty, with mould on the wall — dangerous for health. The mattress was very cheap and impossible to sleep on, the bed cover was full of stains of various origins, and the pillows were thin and completely worn out. Towels were very old and looked like paper — rough, unpleasant, and completely unsuitable for guests. The toilet had no proper working lights, and the whole room smelled awful.They claim it is “rustic,” but it has nothing to do with rustic style — it’s simply dirt, poor cleaning, and neglect. Water was switched off at night to fill up the reservoir, leaving us without any water before going to bed.Reception staff did not speak English. Everything was horrible in this villa — only the breakfast was surprisingly good, clearly run under completely different management that deserves to operate in a luxury place, not in this damp and dirty accommodation.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely family-run hotel, perfectly located just a short walk from the town centre. My flight arrived late at night at Lamezia Terme, but through email, I was able to arrange an airport transfer directly with the hotel, from the very start, the communication and attention were excellent.Upon arrival, the warm hospitality continued. Every morning at breakfast and throughout the day, the staff were always welcoming and kind. A special mention to Marta, Isabella, Maria, Francesco, and the two Daniellas, they were all incredibly attentive and made us feel truly at home.We will definitely return to Tropea, and without a doubt, we will stay at this wonderful hotel again.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this charming family-run hotel. The hospitality was warm and genuine, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with great attention to cleanliness and detail. Each morning, the homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious, prepared with fresh, local ingredients and served with care. It’s clear that the family takes great pride in providing an excellent experience for their guests. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy, clean, and welcoming place to stay

Beautiful family run hotel, we went at a very quiet time of year but were still treated so well by our hosts, lovely breakfast, no rush to eat and go.Quality historic and artistic rooms I loved it, if you want rustic Italian feels this is the place for you, If you want white washed rooms, bathroom then this is not the place for you.I loved it, so laid back and nothing was too much trouble.I would stay here again in a heartbeat.Thanks for a wonderful stay, our first time in Tropea.

Very comfortable bed, good heat and power to the shower, clean place nice service beautiful area would recommend .Caring and friendly staff very close to the beach lots of local shops for food not short on options.no problems to ask for more towels or anything . The only negative is the plugs they seem a tad out date and placed however wish to be lopsided etc
