    What an amazing place! Location is ideal and shuttle service makes getting around on Capri very convenient and quick. Rooms are lovely and attention to every detail in e evident everywhere you look! Fabulous stay!

    This is truly such a special place to stay and run by the most extraordinary team. I was a bit worried/intimidated by coming to Capri, with the logistics of boat arrival and luggage - this team made every single part of my stay smooth and treated me with the kindness hospitality. The team onsite, led by Gaia, helped coordinate my pickup from the ferry, offered personalized recommendations for restaurants, helped make reservations, and ultimately was the reason I enjoyed the stay so much. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, authentic to Capri; the rooms are very modern and updated. The amenities onsite are great and the overall vibe of the hotel is one of private, boutique luxury! The complimentary car service to town and luggage porter was priceless and make navigating the island so easy. The location is great and central to everything. From the moment I stepped onto the island of Capri to the moment I left, this team took personal care of me. Excelsior Parco will always be my home in Capri - I cannot recommend staying here more highly. I will be back again and again!

    Second time visiting - Still Amazing

    This was our second time visiting the hotel - it did not disappoint. The service is still stellar, the hotel is still maintained beautifully. This time we had the advantage of using the outdoor gym overlooking the sea. The staff is welcoming and every member makes you feel special. They say “ this is your home in Capri”The staff is attentive and accommodating. Special thanks to Gianpiero for all of his assistance and Bouttie for driving us everyday.

    Staying at Excelsior Parco made our holiday week truly magical. The staff is very friendly and caring. They play a very nice type of music in downstairs area and my love and I danced before we ate breakfast. It was wonderful to stay there. Food service is excellent. The swimming pool is great. Several rooms have their own jacuzzi on their private terrace. The hotel will transport you to the marina or the town center as a service. We used it daily. And the staff gave us great recommendations for dinner when we went to town. Capri and Anacapri are great travel destinations, and this hotel makes you feel special.

    A wonderful hotel where the staff makes you feel right at home. The rooms, the food and the service are excellent. The atmosphere is very relaxed in a classic villa setting. The pool and rooftop areas are perfect for lounging. The staff is very friendly and there to help at every step. The car service is critical since it’s risky to impossible to walk the streets in Capri.
