    Our stay at the Luxury Villa Excelsior in Capri was one of the highlights of our trip, and we were so sad to leave! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. The location was perfect—easy to reach by boat, yet tucked away from the crowds. It was so peaceful and relaxing. When we arrived, Emanuel and Gaia greeted us with such warmth and kindness. They immediately made us feel at home and were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. One of the things we appreciated was the hotel's driver service. Being able to call for a ride to and from the shopping and dining areas made everything so easy and stress-free. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The beautiful grounds, elegant design, and tranquil atmosphere made it feel less like a hotel and more like our own private villa in Capri. Another highlight was the food. Breakfast every morning was exceptional—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. It felt like a gourmet dining experience to start each day. We absolutely loved our stay. We hope we can return again soon!!!

    Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco in my Capri paradise

    The Villa Excelsior Parco was a little piece of paradise in Capri. Set in a quiet location overlooking the ocean/seaview in an English garden setting surrounded by pink and white roses with complementing geraniums. Upon our arrival we were greeted by receiving staff at the ferry then to the hotel shuttle driver who then took us the hotel, we greeted by Gaia whom escorted us into the garden area with complimentary wine and snacks, with map in hand she guided us to all the main attractions of Capri which was very helpful, surprisingly upgraded our room. Breakfast is included and served in a beautiful solarium of the menu per order which was exceptional and delicious . The Dinner menu is just as delicious with a variety of dishes to choose from. Room service was exceptional with fresh towels placed 2 x daily morning and evening everything was very clean. In addition to this beautiful Luxury Villa is the friendly hospitality of all the staff, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They paid attention to every detail with surprise birthday celebrations for their guests . I celebrated my birthday there and made all arrangements possible for my partner. Their concierge service is available to you upon request and, they will make all arrangements for your special occasion.     The Excelsior Parco was a fantastic experience and highly recommended. I think probably the best customer service ever. Gaia, Emanuel and team made us so welcome. As well as being consummate professionals, all the staff were all genuinely nice people and always have time to have a chat. We had a lovely introduction to the hotel by Emanuel and team on the first day. The location is superb, standard of rooms amazing, the hotel grounds beautiful - very photogenic and peaceful! Restaurant and bar service superb and the standard of catering was nice. There is a car service available for drop offs and pickups to and from the centre of Capri - drivers are really great. There isn’t enough space here to list all the positives… just wishing we were still there and hoping we can return!
