Location

The hotel is conveniently situated at the heart of Capri, within minutes of Piazzetta’s designer shops. Places of interest in the surrounding area include the Ignazio Cerio Museum, which is just 200 m from the hotel, and the harbour Marina Piccola, which can be reached within a 20-minute walk and also features a beach. The Blue Grotto is around 30 minutes away by public transport. Capri Airport is approximately 3 km away from the hotel.

Facility

40 rooms, including junior suites, 2 suites, apartments, 10 single rooms and 26 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The holiday village has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     I love this hotel. Perfect location for seeing Capri. The only complaint I have is that I didn't get to meet the gatto bianco. Some old man insisted on taking her away.

    The staff genuinely care that you have a nice time. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Excellent location in the centre of Capri, where it was easy to get everywhere. We appreciated the coffee when we had an early departure on our last morning.The cat is lovely!Only criticism was about the shower curtain, but that is just a personal preference.

    An unique location in the hart of Capri. We had our wedding at Villa Lysis and satyed at Gatto Bisnco. We had the wedding make up for the pride from the Spa. Spa service was perfect. Hotel was clean and breakfast was ok as 🇫🇮 standards. Hotel service was more than friendly. After our wedding we got a bottle of good spumante and beach bag as a souvernier. We highly recommend this hotel.

    Incredibile experience. Well located. The bus terminal is 2 minutes walking. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around. The room is super comfortable. Breakfast is super well prepared. Staff are friendly. Definitely, i would recommend it, and I would return here.

    They told me to take a taxi fromPort ($35) but never offered their pickup luggage service which is required given the location. Walking on cobblestones with luggage is not good or even an option if you have more than one bag.Then we were greeted by a not friendly person!! the only friendly people were the breakfast servers. They did however, get us into a beach resort for $60 eu pp which was a nice way to spend the day. The hotel itself is pretty, but the spa services are not available or you need to book them way in advance. The location is perfect, in the middle of shopping and dining. Plenty of places to eat. I booked a room for three and was given a queen size bed and a cot. The cot felt like I was sleeping on the floor!!! not comfortable at all neither wear the pillows. The shower head was in the middle of the tub and therefore very hard to shower against the shower curtain. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is very quiet.
