Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.     What a wonderful stay for 3 nights. Location, view, elegance, welcoming staff that treated you like family. No need to be up the hill in the city center; Relais Maresca is near everything you need, restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, and the Grande Marina for ferry coming and going. And to go up to the city center for high-end shopping, the funicular is a 3 minute walk away. Convenience, efficiency, and warm staff, including hotel manager Antonio. Rooftop breakfast is the best view in Capri; what a way to start your day. Don't think twice, this is a gem.

    My experience at this hotel exceeded expectations. The level of service was outstanding, with staff members demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and a sincere commitment to guest satisfaction.
