We had a fabulous stay here. The whole place is stunning and the staff very friendly. The breakfast is out of this world with all the local produce and we also loved the beach restaurant and beach club. A+ from beginning to end

Pictures don’t do this hotel justice. The lobby, outdoor areas and rooms are so chic in an understated, but luxurious way. Cilento is still developing its tourism style (that’s the charm), so while it’s a little less polished and refined, service is wonderful and warm! My one small thought - the pool is large and always had chairs, but could do with a bit more shade and poolside service. Breakfast and daily drinks and shakeratto coffees were my favourite. This region and this hotel stole a bit piece of our hearts! One of the best overall hotel stays !!

I recently had the pleasure of spending 3 nights at The Savoy and I cannot say enough good things about it! The hotel is beautiful and meticulously kept. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and that your stay is perfect. They are attentive, professional and friendly. My room was also very well appointed and spotless. The food in the hotel was superb as well! The Holos spa is absolutely amazing - the wellness area is fantastic and I received two different treatments that were also great and left me feeling totally relaxed. The hotel property is expansive and you never feel like people are on top of you. There are so many great things to explore in the area as well. It is a nice change from the congestion of the Amalfi Coast. A great place to relax and recharge. As I said, I can't say enough good things about this property and I can not wait to return! Worst Hotel stay ever. We travel quite a lot.Your Hotel Manager does not have a clue what he is doing.When we checked in our room smelled of smoke and we complained to management. They sent up housekeeping and housekeeping used a disinfectant to kill the smoke smell. That doesn’t work. It was embedded in the linens, towels and bed. Your staff re-wrapped the dirty silverware in a napkin along with dirty plates for us to use again. Unacceptable. The room continued to smell like smoke for our entire stay. We had to request housekeeping to give us washcloths every day. The hotel card that worked the power and electricity in the hotel room was taken every day by your cleaning service. When we complained to the hotel manager, he along with the front desk manager Aldo sat with us and explained that they would not give a refund and that they would pay for the city fees, which were $60. We spent over $4000 on this hotel. We were treated rudely and will never ever recommend this hotel. We also let Delta Vacations know what a horrible experience we had.
