  Lovely views and very central

  We stayed here in 2 rooms, 1 superior and 1 double with balcony. They were both lovely rooms. The double on the small side but it didn’t matter so much as we only slept in it and we had a lake view. The superior was a great size but the lake view we had was only by sticking our head out of the window as we were on the street side. Big bath but I don’t think it was necessary. It was tired looking in places. The wine coolers in both rooms didn’t work so pointless having them. The coffee makers were filthy inside so we didn’t bother using.There was a lovely roof terrace but again this needs some updating as there were wooden slats broken. The chairs most had rips in them and weren’t comfortable and the hot tub was filthy and cold it would have been nice to have it warmer to sit in on a night time.   We would like to commend Valentina and her team for making our stay pleasant in this prime location facing the lake. The team was easily contactable and nothing short of helpful by providing useful recommendations for places/restaurants to visit.

  AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!This place is dirty, the owner is just there for the money and couldn’t care less about their guests experiences. Firstly, the rooms are in a dirty, dingy, shared building/flat block which isn’t mentioned. Our room was dirty and in a state of disrepair, paint peeling off the ceiling, mould in the bathroom, layers of dust everywhere. The silicon in the bathroom was filthy and mouldy - needs re-doing. The grout is yellow where it hasn’t been cleaned properly. My partner had to jump out of the shower quickly mid-shower because the drain was blocked where it hadn’t been cleaned in sometime so the water wasn’t draining, the drain was full of dirt & hair! The sink in the bedroom also didn’t drain properly so I suspect that was the same issue. The coffee machine was filthy and therefore un-useable, tea & coffee was ‘free’ but were only left with one teabag. The rooms aren’t sound proofed so it’s noisy especially with the ongoing building worlds opposite which starts early hours. The pillows also had burn marks on them, the wifi password provided was wrong (seems to be a re-occurring thing!) overall we left very disappointed and quite frankly dirty. We certainly wouldn’t return and would not recommend. When the issues were raised to Bello! via booking.com (as we did not see any member of staff again since check-in to raise the issues to) the owner (Alberto) came back with an insincere response, not even an apology or acknowledgement that one of his guests had been unhappy with their stay. As I have seen he just writes unprofessional responses back to anyone who leaves a negative review. I seriously would think twice about booking this place. My partner and I travel alot in and outside of the UK, staying in many airbnbs, hotels and various other types of accommodation and we haven’t ever left somewhere feeling this dissatisfied or felt the need to complain or write a negative review about an accommodation.

  Unhelpful and unfriendly owners. Many problems that meant after the first day we had to book elsewhere and not a penny refunded. Book elsewhere, avoid disappointment! Where problems occur, a decent hotel will put things right, not ignore or playdown issues..that's the sign of a bad place to stay. Such a shame this was an expensive waste of money! Don't let this be you.

  Charming boutique hotel close to city center with lake views.

  We had an amazing stay at this cute boutique hotel! Our room had panoramic views of the lake. It was clean and the communal kitchen had everything that we needed. We especially enjoyed the rooftop views and the hot tub!Our host Alberto was also very kind, hospitable, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!
