    i will not book again this hotel.Do not concider to stay there.Nor reachable by public trasport, rooms dirty. Looks like 2 star hotel

    breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were simply wonderful. thank you for the opportunity to rent bicycles for free!) the rooms are also clean and the cleaning of the rooms during the stay as well.it's just a pity that I warned that it was my husband's birthday and there was no reaction to it :(

    The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, the breakfast has a really wide selection to choose from, and even if you get to the breakfast area a few minutes beforeClose time they still top the counters up for you to be able to have the full experience. The dining area has beautifulLake views, and a really amazing hidden gem for dinner at an agriturismo restaurant is just one kilometer away.

    This is a hotel that doesn't do more than needed to keep the third star. Service is OK but no one does more than what is expected and whet the guests ask for. The location is OK but no services, like restaurants, if you don't count McDonalds as a restaurant and I think it is close to blasphemy to mention that name when talking food in Italy. No one told us the hotels restaurant was closed on Sundays... Barely 3 stars

    An exceptionally clean hotel with the towels and bedding changed on a regular basis.A comprehensive breakfast which is exceptional for an Italian hotel.The quality of the restaurant food was equally good and the service inside the restaurant ( thank you Luca) was equally amazing.In fact all of the staff from the receptionist to the room cleaners were friendly, considerate and efficient.A lively location with a backdrop of lakes and mountains.
