  Overpriced & Unprofessional: A 4-star facade with 2-star service

  I stayed at this boutique hotel for over €400 per night, expecting a high-end experience. Instead, I found a structure that seems to target "one-time" international tourists, prioritizing aesthetics over actual substance and professional hospitality.The Issues:Lack of Maintenance: My room was very small, facing an internal courtyard, and poorly maintained. The key card reader was peeling off the wall, and the curtains were visibly stained.Hygiene & Breakfast: This was the most concerning part. On the first day, I found expired jam. I reported it, they apologized and replaced it. However, the next morning, I was served expired jam again. This shows a complete lack of quality control and zero communication within the kitchen staff.Inexperienced Staff: While the staff is young and polite, they are clearly untrained and unskilled for this price point. They seemed clumsy and unable to handle formal requests or issues effectively.The "Final Straw":Upon check-out, I left my luggage and a jacket (piumino) with the reception. When I returned, my jacket had vanished. The young staff member was clueless and offered no immediate solution. I was told a manager would contact me, but 24 hours later, I am still waiting for a call or email.Verdict:In a true 4-star boutique hotel, customer care is a priority. Here, you are just a number. If you are looking for real Italian hospitality and attention to detail, look elsewhere. Beautiful on Instagram, a disaster in reality.

  a truly lovely, family friendly, boutique hotel in the heart of Lake Como.

  Our travel agent recommended this lovely boutique hotel in Como town and our experience was fantastic. The hotel itself is centrally located across the street from the Duomo church in town and right just minutes from all the lake and the center of town. The management was so incredibly helpful at arranging everything we needed on our first trip to the lake. We were traveling as a family of four. My wife and I and two teenagers. Our room was totally affordable and we stayed in a lovely duplex with a master bedroom upstairs and two extremely comfortable sofa beds on the first. The bathroom was spacious and there was plenty of room althoug we didn't spend much time in our room because we spent our three days exploring the lake. The manager arranged for an absolutely spectacular private boat tour of the lake with a reputable company that was probably our memorable day of the trip. We traveled to Varenna and Bellagio and the hotel also arranged a perfect dinner reservation for us in bellagio and then picked us up by van afterwards for the 40 minute ride back. This hotel has a small family vibe and it was refreshing to see the same faces each day while traveling. There is also a very nice breakfast included in a small outdoor patio each day as well as a bar/restaurant attached next door for coffee's in the morning and drinks and snacks during the day and upon return at night. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a family friendly boutique hotel with an extremely high level of service and genuine care about your daily activities.

  A very warm welcome on arrival. Bags came up in the same lift. A great room and a very hot shower with good pressure. The hotel provides free wifi which is faster than our hotel in Milan. A full breakfast is included in the room rate. This boutique hotel is opposite the Cathedral and 300 metres from Lake Como and adjacent to the shopping piazzas. Will definitely return to this hotel/

  Beautiful hotel with great location. Real boutique feeling. Great touches in the room fittings. Very personal experience, with great service.If I had a small gripe, the breakfast buffet is very limited but was fine for my family and I.Will recommend

  Amazing! Como city is so underrated. We loved Como more than all the other villages. Lots of shopping and tons of great options to eat. The hotel room was gorgeous and the views were stunning. We were so comfortable and wanted to stay longer. Staff was always helpful.
