    Our stay at Hilton Lake Como was honestly one of the most unforgettable experiences we have ever had.A huge thank you to Federico and the entire team for making our engagement trip and my birthday so incredibly special. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, but Federico truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.We were upgraded to the most unbelievable Lake View King Suite, and it was without question the best room we have ever stayed in in our lives. The room itself was absolutely stunning, the views across Lake Como were breathtaking, and waking up to that scenery felt surreal. Everything about the suite felt luxurious, relaxing and incredibly special.The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff were warm and welcoming throughout, and the attention to detail was outstanding.     Outstanding Experience at Hilton Lake Como

    Upon my arrival, my greeting from the staff was very warm and welcoming. Everyone was professional and genuinely kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and classic. Multiple restaurants and places to have a cocktail make decisions on what to do effortless. The rooftop restaurant provides a sensational view of the lake and neighboring homes. Lake Como city center is within 20 minutes, and a beautiful walk. So many activities there and the ferry can take you to many incredible villages. This was an incredible stay!     Lovely staff and view but too expensive

    My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights last week.The good: rooms are clean and nicely appointed, staff is very kind and helpful, views from the room/pool area are beautiful, and food is excellent (we had breakfast and dinner).The not-so-good: the family room we booked was given away so they "upgraded" us to a duplex which was claustrophobic and tiny. They immediately gave us a larger room but it had an unpleasant sewage smell and structural issues that caused constant popping and other unsettling noises. Overall our stay was fine but it would have been great to get the room we booked. Considering the prices here (we paid $1k a night) we definitely won't be back.     Peaceful Lakeside Stay

    Our family had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Lake Como for three nights during our trip to Italy, and it was truly a standout experience.What impressed us first was the level of service before we even arrived. The concierge team was incredibly responsive over email and helped us coordinate every detail of our stay—from arranging transportation from the airport (which made traveling with a two-year-old so much easier), to securing restaurant reservations, and even ensuring a crib was set up in our room ahead of time. A heartfelt thank you to Francesco and Valentino for going above and beyond—you truly made our stay feel effortless and special.Once we arrived, that same level of care continued. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Traveling with a young child can sometimes be challenging, but they made our daughter feel completely at home—even surprising her with a coloring book, which was such a thoughtful touch.The location of the hotel is another major highlight. It offers a peaceful retreat just outside the busy center of Como, while still being within easy walking distance of the ferry and a variety of excellent restaurants. It struck the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Lake Como.     Perfect in every way!

    We went to Lake Como to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and the Hilton Lake Como made it very special, without exception, the staff from reception to the bar and to the restaurant were attentive, warm and professional. The room was perfect with extremely comfortable beds, unusually there were UK channels available and the facilities were great. The rooftop pool was a real bonus on the one hot and sunny day we had during our week giving a lovely break from the sightseeing.The highlight was a meal at the rooftop restaurant - this started with a printed menu which had been designed with our names and 40th anniversary ( thanks to the lovely and thoughtful Samadi). I am a ridiculously fussy eater and yet our lovely waiter Luca, took it in his stride and this resulted in me having a perfect meal while my husband benefited from the amazing and varied food on offer. At the end of the meal, they brought us a dessert on a plated decorated in chocolate wishing us a happy anniversary. The view was spectacular and the only thing that slightly grated was other diners using their meal as instagram opportunities taking numerous photos with daft poses!
