The best part of this hotel was the location. Other than that, I would not recommend staying here. The lobby and common areas appeared charming. My room was not. It was very small/the furnishings shabby. The bathroom had been updated, though the shower was freakishly small. The service in the dining room during breakfast was terrible. I am always courteous to hotel staff and expect to be treated in kind. The young male waiters in the dining room need to be trained in basic hospitality.

Everything was amazing. The room clean, with fresh towels and sheets every day.Delicious and various breakfast. Helpful and super kind staff. I'll definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you so much!

An experience to remember, home away from home

We were greeted outside the hotel by an older, extremely energetic and welcoming, member of staff, who helped us park in the hotel courtyard. And that was just the start The hotel is small, and very cosy., authentic original decor, with altogether wonderful staff members, always available, helpful, offering excellent advice on trips, restaurants etc. We felt very welcome and at ease.A truly wonderful experience ????????????

On behalf of our group I would like to personally thank Lorenzo, Gian Luca and Billy for their warm and friendly welcome, they would always help with a smile and their personalities shone and made our stay at the hotel a positive and enjoyable experience. They are a credit to the hotel and whilst they maintained a professional approach they felt like friends. Thank you Lorenzo, Gian Luca and Billy (who made us laugh the most!)This hotel is ideally located. The pool was a blessing as the weather was very warm. The service was very good and the staff were always very helpful. We would recommend this hotel.

You would not think this was a 4 star hotel !

The air conditioning was insufficient. I don’t think you can really call it air conditioning. Our beds had no mattress protector and I would think that is pretty poor given it is a 4 star hotel. I had my 4 year old daughter in one bed and imagine if she had an accident. The service in the bar was so slow. I waited 15 min before getting helped. I am not sure whether the staff member was trained up enough as he appeared to be struggling.
