    What a perfect place! Hotel Posta is charming and located directly across the street from the Lake Como ferry. The town of Moltrasio is just up the hill, and is an interesting place to visit. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. We had a great visit here!!!

    Lovely family run traditional Italian hotel. Located in Moltrasio away from the busy tourist hot spots we loved returning to the hotel after a busy day sight seeing. The rooms had good air con, spacious living space and incredible helpful friendly staff.We ate in the restaurant twice and they catered well for gluten and dairy intolerance.With their smaller pizza restaurant next door we had good choices and the breakfast was varied, fresh and a lot to enjoy.Only small issue is a need for more clothes storage we had one wardrobe in a family room. If you are ok with traditional clean rooms over modern luxury and a personal service then this is a great venue to base yourself.

    A Family Owned and Centrally located Hotel With Great Service and Helpful Staff.

    This is a charming, quaint, family owned hotel with staff that is knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. Moreover, it is centrally located- directly across the street from the water taxis that can take you anywhere in the Lake Como area.The hotel has a buffet breakfast with eggs to order. At night, their restauant has an excellent selection of all foods at reasonable prices. I had the sea bass one night and the pasta with boar ragu the next - both were excellent. Next door they have a smaller place specializing in pizza, salad and great gelato.Armondo is an excellent source of information and can arrange car service to anywhere you might want to go from a nearby restaurant to the Milan airport. He is a grat source of information which is extremely helpful to tourists and visitors alike. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment which has been in existence since the 1930s.

    Lovely family-run boutique hotel with attentive service

    Excellent little hotel in Montrasio, about 15 min. away from Como. Run by a family with great attention to detail and the well-being of guests. Located only a stone-throw from the boat stop and jetty. Nice walks through the hilly old town just behind the hotel. Superb restaurant with local Italian lake cuisine. Great service throughout. Only recommendation for improvement: Provide feather or down pillows for the otherwise comfortable bedding.

    A lovely, charming family run hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful.We had a beautiful room with a terrace overlooking the lake and the view was breathtaking.All amenities were provided in the room eg; kettle, safe, mini fridge.Breakfast was excellent, and the dinner in the restaurant was too. All fresh produce was used.The location is superb with the boat stop literally in front of the hotel.Highly recommend staying in this quaint hotel.
