    We loved our stay!! A very family-friendly establishment that cares deeply about their guests. The staff is super personable and always chatted with us throughout our stay. The owners are very responsive on WhatsApp and really easy to contact. The room had a beautiful view, was incredibly spacious, and clean! The breakfast spread had great variety and was delicious- super fresh! Dinner was also excellent. We enjoyed the lovely pool as well. We cannot recommend this hotel enough!

    Unreliable!We booked one night 6 months in advance.2 weeks before our overnight stay, the booking was canceled by the hotel.Probably passed on to someone who wanted to book for a longer period.They suggested another hotel, 10 km away, but we were not helped by that because we were hiking with the backpack.

    We had a lovely holiday and the hotel staff were lovely and the food was great and I hate to have to give some negative comments but want to be honest. We had a junior suite overlooking the lake,views great however we didn't realise this hotel was on a very busy main road and traffic was relentless. We couldn't sleep and asked for a different room after 4 nights. The different room had walls that were paper thin and you could hear people in adjoining rooms going to the toilet and I was kept awake again by a person snoring. Such a shame. My partner and I love to go for a walk after dinner on holiday but you couldn't because there was no pavement and the road too dangerous to walk on. We also felt that as soon as you got up from your table after dinner you had to go to your room as there was hardly any space to sit and chill before bed. Sorry hotel owners but this is our opinion.

    Fabulous week staying at this lovely family run hotel

    Just returned from a wonderful week in Italy where we stayed at this really lovely, family run hotel. The staff were warm and friendly and always incredibly helpful (even when I spilt red wine all over the bed linen one night). Room was nice and the food was really good (highly recommend the gnocchi). The hotel is a nice size being not too big and yet very accessible as it’s close to the main road going North and South and yet, not in a busy built up area.

    The family who own the hotel and their staff are some of the loveliest hotel workers we had ever come across. Really accommodating and exceeded their necessary service by even offering us a lift to the nearby Menaggio due to a bus strike! The breakfast was great- lots of options. Just make sure to get down early-ish for the best croissants! Location was fantastic. We visited Como and really valued being away from the hustle and bustle back in San Siro. Most guests relied on a car however we had no problem using the bus service to visit the sights. The hotel restaurant was the best in the area. Due to the location, we tried all neighbouring bars and restaurants, however dined at the hotel the most. Excellent selection of starters, mains and desserts. Great selection of drinks too.The room itself was really nice. Traditional decor and had all necessary amenities. We paid for a lake view room and it certainly lived up to expectations. Room was very clean, with fresh towels each day. The TV had Netflix as well as satellite channels and other apps.The pool area was very pleasant, despite it being a bit too cold for the pool in mid September. The sun loungers were really comfy too.Location wise, the hotel is situated fairly north of the lake, however it takes under an hour to reach the bottom or the top. The local buses are as to be expected in Italy (late), however once they do arrive they are very cheap and take you on a scenic journey around the lake to the neighbouring towns and cities.Overall, fantastic stay. Really recommend to anybody wanting to explore Lake Como!
