    A stunning lakeside hotel in Como!

    Stunning hotel! We booked a superior lakeside room for three nights and it didn't disappoint. From our first walk through the doors, we knew this place was special. We were looked after by every employee, they were professional and polite. The room was perfect and waking up to the stunning scenery of lake Como ensured my wife had a special 50th birthday she/ we will never forget.     Beautiful hotel with amazing views and excellent staff.

    Beautiful hotel with amazing views. The service level was top notch. We had a superior room with a lake view balcony. It was a great spot to relax at the end of the day. Be careful of the blackout screens on the balcony. They work incredibly well as we slept in and almost missed the great breakfast buffet on our first day. The 1st room we were in, #307, had an incredibly small shower. We spoke to the staff at the front desk and they moved us to a different room the following day when another of the same room type was available. Shower was still small but much better than the first. It is about a 25 minute walk to Como but there is a ferry station about a 5 minute walk in the small town near the hotel. A bit pricey but we thought it was worth the money.     Villa Flori, the perfect place to stay on Lake Como

    We spent 6 nights at villa Flori and when we go back to Lake Como this will be where we stay. Location is perfect, staff are wonderful, Raimondi restaurant is exceptional. Como city one water taxi stop away, Cernobbio just around the bay, perfect. Tranquil, yet everything on your doorstep.     Beautiful Hotel

    The location of this hotel is just beautiful - right on the lake. We stayed in a room with a balcony which overlooked the lake and the view was breathtaking. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious too. We enjoyed the 30 min walk via a pathway next to the lake into Como itself which had lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would consider visiting again.     The property is a perfect retreat on Lake Como.Our room, 302, was exceptional. With an open balcony on 2 sides. Giving an uninterrupted grand view of the amazing Lake.It was clean and a good size. The only things missing was Tea and Coffee making facilities and the bathroom is a little open plan. I brought my partner here to propose with the background of Lake Como. The staff were absolutely 10/10. The communication before hand was great with Alena, Arianna, Luca and Caterina being very courteous and helpful. During our stay all the staff we had any interaction were amazing.
