    We adored our stay at the Sheraton. Lovely clean room overlooking the pool and mountains. So relaxing. Very friendly, efficient front desk staff. Especially the young Japanese lady. Breakfast was very pleasant. Great food, good service. Look forward to returning. Thank you again.

    Como Italy Sheridan - A Five Star Experience

    Fantastic experience at Sheraton Lake Como Hotel in Italy. It is a bit off the path from Old Town Como, but a short 8-minute (very inexpensive) ride on a water ferry steps from the Sheraton. The hotel has excellent service, starting at check-in with Alessia, and with a host of amenities. An amazing breakfast buffet (omelette cook is excellent) with a very friendly staff of servers. A big outdoor pool with food and bar service. An indoor pool, steam/sauna, and fitness center, too. Families are welcome too (kids). Special "shout-outs" as well to Camilla at the front desk and Gaetano who sent a bottle of champagne to our room for our wedding anniversary! Bellissimo albergo!

    The staff at the Sheraton were sublime. Check in and check out were as smooth as a whistle. A fair drive and expensive taxi journey from the airport however nothing the Sheraton can do about the price of the taxis/ubers. The Hotel was very peaceful at any time of the day. Spa included within stay also Sublime. Our room was delightful. Large, comfy and a great view from the balcony of the run down building opposite. A very clean hotel all round. The cleaners had our room put back to a tidy state after a long day in the heat & or rain. A short picturesque walk alongside the lake & into Como. Truly stunning. 1 good 1 bad to finish. Bad - the tv must be from the Stone Age because among 900 channels the best one was the Italian news. Good - umbrellas by the door, youlll need them.

    Very disappointing experience at Sheraton Lake Como Hotel.The room had multiple issues, including insects in the carpet and spiders on the walls. Furniture was in poor condition, and the extra bed for a child had damaged upholstery and a stained pillow.I documented everything with photos and videos.The staff response was also disappointing — I was told I could leave if I was not satisfied, and later offered a drink instead of a proper solution.This is far below the standards expected from a 4-star hotel.     Fantastic Hotel in a Great Location

    Wonderful hotel with great views and a very professional and friendly staff. We like the location and the room was very with a clean bath and comfortable bed. We dined in the restaurant and the food was very good with great service. We were assisted atthe front desk by Aurelie and Roberta and they were very friendly and helpful. It is definitely a hotel we will revisit and we highly recommend
