  Perfect location for hiking the Lago di Sorapis trail. Reception staff were super helpful. Breakfast is reasonable. Hotel is clean with beautiful views.

  ????????????——?????????????? Disappointing Deluxe Room Experience – Inaccurate Photos and Poor Service

  We booked a Deluxe Double Room for 2 nights directly through the official website. While the room was clean and offered a pleasant partial mountain view, our overall experience was disappointing due to the room layout and the reception staff's attitude.First, the lighting in the room was very dim, which made the space uncomfortable and dark for us.However, our biggest dissatisfaction was the seating. The room only provided one single hard stool. This completely contradicts the photos on their official website, which clearly show a comfy chair. It is absolutely unreasonable to have only one stool in a "Deluxe Double Room"—are they expecting one guest to sit while the other stands?When we went to the reception to clarify, the staff member dismissed our concern, coldly stating that a single hard stool was correct for our room type. To make matters worse, the next day we saw that the room right next to ours had two comfy chairs. We felt unfairly treated and unwelcomed.   The location is outstanding. Great views from the hotel and trails all around. We spent a lot of time on our little balcony just taking it all in. There's easy access either by bus or car to Misurina and the Tre Cime hike. We did not go to Cortina, but it's not far.   Lovely stop in the middle of a 9 day trek

  This stay was booked for me by a trekking company. The room itself was large with great views, comfortable bed, nice linens. I liked the little store by the front desk; I was able to get some really tasty protein bars for the rest of my trek.
