Really good family hotel.

It is a nice hotel and nice atmosphere And good location in the town. Room's are nice and the beds really good. You don’t here much from other rooms but a lot from outside. Is is in quite location. But your room was cleaned every day and new towels all day witch is not good for the nature. The worst part was the room was always left unlocked after cleaners. But nicely done. The food was ok but not special. The service was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They have skibus on the hotel and they are always ready to come and are really fast. It is a locked closed for every room for your ski and skiboots. And it is heet in it so you are putting on warm skiboots all mornings.The price is ok. I would give the hotel 5 if the food would've been better. The spa is really nice and clean!!!

Great place for a ski trip

We spent 4 nights at the Hotel Ideal on a ski trip to Madonna di Campiglio. The Hotel was great. Friendly staff, lovely food and a shuttle service to get you to the lifts and back. My daughter needs a gluten free diet and the hotel was great about discussing alternatives and providing gluten free options. The hotel has a pool and jacuzzi, which are a nice place to relax after a day on the slopes. They have a more extensive wellness centre, offering massage etc.,but we didn’t use that. Overall a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

I brought a group of 45 to this hotel for 7 nights. Everything was wonderful! The food, the rooms, staff, shuttle, and spa. Location was excellent and quite at night. Everyone was thrilled with the choice! Staff was very helpful with special requests. Highly recommended!!

Our group came for a ski vacation. We were late in arriving and the staff graciously rescheduled our 'Get to know the area' meeting. My husband wasn't feeling well one evening and they brought dinner to his room. The shuttle driver Bogdan went above and beyond, by helping us with our rental skis and was always smiling. Stephania in the dining room was always pleasant and had a lively sense of humor. My husband experienced two relaxing massages at very reasonable prices. On the day we left, the owner boarded our bus to say goodbye and wish us safe travels. In short, we felt like family while we were there.

This family runs hotel was wonderful.The staff, some were family, were extremely attentive to every request., esp Andrea.At evening dinner they were so efficient.Borgodan is an excellent van driver, unloading our skies and carrying them into the ski locker room at the end of the day.My massage was much needed and relaxed my weary muscles, so I recommended it to others in our group.I miss a kettle in many EU rooms, but this time brought my own compact water cup heater to make a cup of coffee before breakfast hrs.Wish the jacuzzi was hot.
