    Great location, very friendly staff, great breakfast. Hotel stairs could be difficult for people with reduced mobility.

    This has hands down been the worst hotel I have ever been too in my life

    This has honestly been the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at and yes I understand it’s an old building but it’s literally falling apart the doorknob in the bathroom is broken and I got stuck in there until I somewhat fixed it. The beds are like sleeping on cinder blocks no type of absorption or anything. The ac barley works and we were in Rome, Paris, and London before this and not one of the other hotels had any problems but this one is a problem all around I would not recommend going to this hotel please take your money somewhere else the reviews are bull compared to what we have been experiencing. I go to colombia very frequently and not even on our farm are the beds this hard and those beds are probably older than I am

    Nice hotel in a perfect area of Florence just a short walk from the train station and the Duomo. Area is safe with lots of shops and restaurants near by. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great except the breakfast room is small (7 tables) so reservations are required. Room was a decent size for our family of four but the bathrooms are extremely small even though we are small people. The only real con is that the air conditioning was not operable. The front desk said they only turn it on during the summer months. So the room was a bit warm. Also, I know it is a European thing, but I don't like leaving the room key with the front desk every time you leave the hotel.

    A wonderful hotel in a great location! Our room was clean and quiet and comfortable. The staff was wonderful, in particular Alessandro who had many great tips and advice for navigating the city and local restaurants. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and coffee was perfect. I can't say enough good things about this hotel - highly recommend.

    They are not helpful if you need them. I would recommend just choose somewhere else. The staff isn't friendly or accommodating. If you have any small issues they are not going to do anything about it. Simply stay away and choose one of the many other great hotels.
