    We only stayed one night at the end of our trip for our Grandsons wedding.     Enjoyed our stay at hotel. 5 minutes from train and tram station with direct link to the airport. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was great and had a good variety of hot and cold food. Booked and hour in the private spa with hot tub and sauna. Only a short walk to all the sights. Took train to Pisa and Lucca. Staff were very friendly. Only low point was we were not told we could refill the water bottle so purchased bottled water.     A Real Gem Amongst a Sea of Hotels

    The hotel Adler Cavalieri is the real thing. The front desk folks are genuinely welcoming and helpful. The hotel is spotless and the rooms very comfortable and clean. While on a busy street the windows are doubled and the rooms very quiet. They have a terrace room where guests can just chill with coffee, water, and pastries. It is a bar after 5 pm. Various restaurants are within a block away. A five minute walk from the train station and approximately 15 minutes to Duomo or the river. My guess is that for quality given price there is no better hotel in Florence..
