    Unbelievable categorisation as 3 stars. Very close to a petrol station, no lobby, extremely poor breakfast, scaring narrow lift, room with a discouraging bathroom, room door closing badly and reporting noises whenever a guest opens/closes any other room in the floor, very expensive for a quality of the services comparable to a youth hostel. After 18h you are checked in by the staff of a nearby restaurant....

    Simple and comfortable hotel which was perfect for our stay. Great value for money and very friendly staff. The rooms were very clean with fresh linens and plentiful towels .Downstairs is a nice cafe and adjoining restaurant. Make sure to book for dinner as it is a popular and busy neighbourhood spot . The food and service were exceptional.

    Absolutely value for money!perfectly clean hotel! friendly staff! whatever I wanted they always served me. Very good and tasty breakfast and cappuccino!! You can go to the center very easily, because the tram station is 2 minutes from there. Me and my girlfriend did the best vacation in Firenze!!! Thank you for everything!!

    We had a wonderful stay. Staff were very helpful. There is even place to park for Euros7 a day. Very simplistic and not very imaginative vegan food options though but good food for others. The room and bed were comfortable and maid service available.Better reading lighting would be good and more pillows please.
