    Location was very convenient to train station, and a grocery store across the street. Hotel is on 4th floor with 1 very tiny 2-3 person elevator. Room was clean, nice shower with good water pressure. Unfortunately the bed (mattress) was exceptionally hard. Breakfast buffet was pleasant with nice variety of foods; yogurt, fruit, pastries, and few sandwiches, juices etc. service was excellent from check in, maids, and servers.

    Please do not book here. I don’t like to write bad reviews, but this place disappointed me… please understand this is nothing bad on the staff. The only upside was the distance from the train station. There was barely any hot water and horrible water pressure. The air conditioner was time controlled and temperature controlled, it would only stay on for around 30 minutes. The walls are paper thin, I literally heard another guest use the bathroom. You get barely any amenities, a tiny bar of soap and plastic wrapped shampoo that is good for one use. The hairdryer didn’t work either…When the room was cleaned they gave us new towels, shampoo, soap, made the bed ect, but they never gave us another roll of toilet paper. The toilet roll holder is a tap that doesn’t work anymore?They offer “luggage storage” but luggage is chained up to the entrance of the hotel… (I’m not sure if that’s usual for Italy, it’s our first time here)However, the entrance to the hotel is very nice, it’s off the Main Street and you take a cool old elevator up to the hotel.Other than that, there’s not a lot of positive things to say….

    This is one of the worst hotels and general experiences I had in Italy in my entire life. The hotel charged us 800€ for a 3 night stay and accused us of trying to steal a 3€ water bottle. The owner and an employee marched into our room unannounced on two separate occasions to kick us out for a late check out and another time to “inspect” our room. They also REFUSED to clean our room because it was too dirty because I got period stains on the sheets and there was leftover takeout in the room. It was horrible and discriminatory. Book somewhere else.

    This place was not accommodating at all. They are racist and tried to fight us, we even got a video of it. If you’re a minority, I would not recommend coming to this place. Also, they overcharged us $900 for our hotel room.

    Why the great reviews? Fake? This was the worse hotel i have ever stayed in my entire life! Where i do i begin? The smell coming from the bedroom was disgusting, no ac, uncomfortable bed, no hot water, very noisy and you can hear everything. It felt like i was in one of those crappy motels from breaking bad. The good thing was the location near the train station and dome, and when i left
