Excellent location. Historic building. Very unique. Very Clean and staff were helpful. Be aware there are stairs but they are wide and easy to navigate.

My friend and I booked this hotel during our stay in Florence, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to all the main attractions and conveniently close to the train station, which made getting around so easy.The hotel itself is charming, with rooms that beautifully reflect the character and elegance of old Florence. The view from our room was stunning, and we especially appreciated the comfortable beds and excellent water pressure in the shower.We were warmly welcomed by Anna, who greeted us with a radiant smile and truly exceptional hospitality. She made us feel right at home and was one of the highlights of our stay—her kindness and helpfulness left a lasting impression. Overall, this hotel was a perfect choice for our trip, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

An absolutely beautiful, historic property in a quiet part of Florence. Close to all the action but away from the crowds. The staff are lovely and very attentive and helpful. The breakfast option was very good and a nice way to start the day. Highly recommend!

Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the Boboli gardens. Hermann at the front desk was lovely and attended to our every need, even after hours. Delicious trattorias all within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Florence!

Sloppy cleaning and reception, room and bathroom functions out of order. Security lacking in case of incidents. Will not come back. Yes cheap but not 3 stars in real and not for handicapped. I will not recommend any more this lodging to friends.
