    Terrible experience : they do not allowed to use AC while outside temperature was about 27-29 C, explaining it by city laws. No mosquito protection nets on windows (we been provided by some kind of spray). Rooms :looks like last renovation been made during Renaissance time....So in summary it's cheap TWO stat motel...not a FOUR star as advertised

    We loved this little boutique hotel. Spacious, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. It’s quite busy just outside the front door but a great central location to walk Florence. We even had a sitting room with couches in our room. Very quiet with an interior room.

    Beautiful hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a large variety for everyone to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel.

    I'll start by saying that it doesn't deserve 4 stars at all, the rooms have very old furniture. I stayed in the hotel for one night and there was no hot water, I took a cold shower. I called the reception to check the problem but I didn't get an answer. When I went down to talk to the reception, although the person at the reception was there, he simply ignored the phone that rang continuously and then started saying that he thought that day there was a problem with the central heating and that he couldn't do anything until the next day. Even the next day nothing was done about the hot water, we vacated the room at lunchtime and the water was still cold. Another problem was the heat, there was only one radiator that at some point broke down and didn't heat at all. Another problem was the water leaking from somewhere in the bathroom because there was always water on the floor, I had to stand with a towel on the floor. Also, keep in mind that the hotel is located on a not exactly ok street, in the evening there were a lot of suspicious people in the area.It's a 20 minute walk from the center. The parking was very ok, paid, inside, the garage guys come and take the car. Varied breakfast, friendly staff, too bad they're put in crappy situations when they have to lie to customers to cover up poor management.

    The hotel was very well located. The food in the area was very good. Breakfast was plentiful. But the best part was the relationship established with managers Diego and Massimo. They were extremely friendly and helpful, as this was our first time in Florence (Firenza).
