We initially booked the B&B Novoli down the street, but I suspect due to Novoli getting a large group and needing our room, they moved us to this hotel. We were not thrilled because we choose hotels carefully. While for us the location was not as good because the walk to our favorite restaurant was longer, the weather was decent enough to not be a problem. The beds were a bit soft esp for my husband with back problems but for most they are probably fine. The staff is great and amenities nice. Wish a fan would have been available as the weather was not, and the airconditioning was not yet available, We had the window open, but people taling outside at 3:00 were very loud( we were on the 6th floor) and the mosquitoes contantly present in the room.

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and cozy. I can recommend for anyone who would like to stay a few nights for the hotel is near airport and close to a tram that is in 15 minutes or so in the city centre.

I had a great day and just wanted to give a special mention to Hassan who really made the experience standout he was incredibly friendly helpful and went out of his way to give me clear local directions and make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Mystay at the hotel was made even more enjoyable thanks to interacting with him. I also wanted to mention another member of staff whose name I didn’t catch maybe Buba. Although I only had one brief interaction with him, he was so kind and genuinely sweet that it really stuck with me. You can tell he’s a very lovely Person. I do wish I had the chance to say goodbye in person, but I was rushing off thank you both again for such a warm and welcoming experience.

My stay was belissimo! A fabulous hotel, in a great location, just 10 minutes walk to Firenze Rifredi railway station! Rooms are basic, but have everything you could possibly need, and were always kept lovely and clean! Staff were absolutely lovely! Nothing was too much trouble, and they were always happy to have a chat or help you with anything you might need! Spring water, snacks, drinks, and other treats were available to purchase in the foyer which you could do at the reception which was great!The breakfast was delicious, and the selection was slightly different every morning! (The pineapple juice and coffee is especially good!) The hotel may not be in the city centre, but it’s only a 5 minute train ride which costs about £1.80 each way, so is well worth it for the price! Overall a fantastic hotel, for a great price, in a great location, with amazing staff! If you’re thinking of staying in Florence don’t sleep on this hidden gem of a hotel! Thanks so much to the team for an incredible stay!! ❤️❤️
