    I came for my honeymoon here, they were kind enough to upgrade me! The suite was clean, beautiful and had an amazing private balcony that has an unbelievable panoramic view of the city. and the staff is so kind and welcoming and the absolute best. Location is ideal , its a few min walk away from tourist spots!     This was a wonderful central hotel - walkable to everything. The included breakfast was excellent. We chose a room with a city view - and this was definitely worth the upgrade. Staff were helpful and accommodating. We will stay here on our next visit to Florence!     Hotel is in a great location, right by Ponte Vecchio. Supermarket just around the corner. We had a room on a higher floor, which included a balcony. Staff were all lovely - breakfast staff especially so. It’s not a luxury hotel, but clean average size rooms, and all you need for a few days in Florence.     Simple hotel with a great location and nice roof top area. Hotel had a sewer smell for portions of the day. Our room was basic, heat/ac did not work, we had a soiled towel. View out of the balcony was other buildings down a street. Breakfast buffet was good and typical of other hotels.
