  This 500-year-old Palazzo accommodation, once part of the Medici Palace, is full of charm, character, and authentic historic features. As a B&B, you are paying for bed and breakfast, and it delivers exactly that. Breakfast is a cold continental self-service selection with plenty of choice available each morning.The bedrooms are clean, basic, and full of character. With such a beautiful city to explore, you really do not need much more. One of the highlights is the rooftop viewing area, which offers stunning views across the city. Seeing the Duomo while enjoying breakfast is something special.It is worth noting that no food or drinks are permitted in the bedrooms or on the rooftop terrace outside breakfast hours. However, this is clearly communicated both at check-in and in the rooms, so we had no issue with this policy.The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre, with everything right on your doorstep. As it is situated within a real working neighbourhood surrounded by homes and businesses, there is some noise early in the morning and later at night, but nothing a pair of earplugs cannot fix.We would definitely stay here again.***One important thing to note: check-in is strictly between 3pm and 8pm with no exceptions. This is clearly stated at the time of booking and again before arrival, so make sure to plan accordingly.

  The Amazing view of the Duomo

  I love this hotel and the location is great.The interior of the room takes me back to the old world charm of Florence. The bathroom was small but updated. The amazing part is that it is overlooking the Duomo.The hotel has a rooftop terrace where you can view the entire city center.Our accommodation includes breakfast. Very good breakfast choices and the mini croissants were to die for.There’s a few things that I cannot overlook, it has a faulty outlet, mini fridge and the kettle did not work at all. A foot long baseboard on one corner of the room came off and was never fixed.I also suggest to lock your luggage and take photos of your things in the room.I was very surprised about this, my friend lost a couple of petty items like make up and 1 air-tag. We came back to our hotel room and it was left unlocked. I still gave the hotel a 4 star for location, old world charm hotel rooms, breakfast.Front desk is available certain times , and they are pleasant.   BEWARE - Rooms not what was advertised.

  Arrived to check in after booking a year ago and was shown to a completely different room to the ones advertised. Our room was sparsely furnished with no character at all. On top of this there was also no toilet paper & no blanket on the bed. I was very upset and not sure whether to not trust Bookings.com or the hotel itself. It was false advertising!!! This should simply not happen. Palazzo Graziani, Altro at Palazzo Graziani, responded to this review Siamo spiacenti che il soggiorno non sia stato di suo gradimento, le camere sono firmate da un importante archistar fiorentino, Simone Micheli, e credevamo di farle un upgrade dandole delle camere nuovissime. E’ difficile soddisfare tutti i gusti circa la rigidità dei letti e cuscini, noi abbiamo scelto letti certificati ortopedici, ignifughi e memory al top del livello ma non tutti possono apprezzare la scelta. La coperta e la carta igienica erano presenti la mattina seguente alla vostra partenza e qualora fossero stati assenti o non riuscivate a vederli bastava chiedere spiegazione alla reception… Posso solo ribadire e concludere che la camera è stata disegnata e firmata in tutte le sue parti e componenti da Simone Micheli Architectural Hero Design artista affermato in tutto il mondo può controllare sul sito https://www.simonemicheli.com/.Simone FGWe are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. The rooms were designed by Simone Micheli, a renowned Florentine starchitect, and we believed we were offering you an upgrade by giving you brand new rooms. It is difficult to satisfy everyone's tastes when it comes to the firmness of beds and pillows. We have chosen top-of-the-range certified orthopaedic, fireproof and memory foam beds, but not everyone appreciates this choice. The blanket and toilet paper were there the morning after your departure, and if they had been missing or you couldn't see them, all you had to do was ask for an explanation at the reception... I can only reiterate and conclude that the room was designed and signed in all its parts and components by Simone Micheli Architectural Hero Design, an internationally renowned artist.   Lovely and cosy hotel

  We arrived late to the hotel but had emailed reception to notify them so everything was taken care of before we arrived. Super efficient staff. Hotel very clean and tidy with fantastic views across the city. Hotel is ideally located and within walking distance of most attractions. We would not hesitate in recommending this hotel for a short 2/3 night stay.
