    Pleasant stay at Beatrice

    The stay at the Beatrice was pleasant. Staff was friendly especially Constantino who recommended a Chianti tour which we enjoyed. Location convenient to train station and most points of interest. We had some difficulty opening our door with the old fashioned keys. Sometimes it took a second and on occasion a minute. Breakfast good with fruit and cereal which you don't always get in Italy for breakfast.

    Staff amazing, Constantine was wonderful and gave us great recommendations for attractions and restaurants, was there to greet us every time we returned. Great hotel very comfortable highly recommend. Breakfast was solid, plenty of coffee available. felt like staying at my italian grandfathers

    Nice family owned hotel, but too much noise.

    I appreciate that this hotel is family owned and how much they care. The room we were in (3 twin room) was spacious and comfortable, but it was noisy. Soooo much road noise and noise from the lobby and breakfast (people talking). If you are someone who is a light sleeper or wants to sleep late, I would recommend white noise and ear plugs or a different hotel. There is zero soundproofing. Breakfast is very small with just a few options. And location was very convenient if traveling by the train station. It was just a 5 min walk with our luggage. We enjoyed our stay here, but the noise would make me choose another hotel if I were to come back.

    The family run hotel offers all that is needed to feel like home. Found on the 2nd floor of an old building - walking distance to the centre, the train and the bus stations. It maintains the traditional architecture and offers a cosy environment. Highly recommended.

    The hotel is very well located close to Santa Maria Novella station and walkin distance from city center. Rooms are spacious, clean and well manteined. We were 3 sharing a room and were very comfortable. Italian style breakfast. taff is very nice and happy to help you with questions and suggestions.
