  Finding accommodation for my three-week stay in Florence in November-December was challenging. Fortunately, I found Leopoldo Residence, which met all my needs. Marilena promptly responded to my emails and became my main contact. I later spoke with Gina for additional questions and finalized the booking. Upon arrival, Marilena greeted me, showed me to the apartment, and provided excellent recommendations for local coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, including a site I had missed during my research. Marilena was incredibly helpful during my entire stay.Leopoldo Residence apartment complex is located in a quiet area, a five-minute walk from the T1 tram stop (Leopoldo). For 1.70 euros (Urban Ticket), you can reach Santa Maria Novella Train Station in 10 minutes (five stops), with major attractions within a 5 to 20-minute walk. The complex is 2.3 kilometers (1.4 miles) from the station, taking about 32 minutes to walk. I stayed in a spacious second-floor studio with a large bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and good water pressure, along with a kitchen equipped with basic appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, electric hub, sink, under-counter fridge, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. The apartment also included a comfortable double bed, roomy wardrobe, TV, and a washing machine in the bathroom; while there was no dryer, it had a drying rack along with an iron and ironing board.The apartment has a remote-controlled central heating system and includes a balcony. It is well-maintained, with cleaning twice a week, weekly towel and sheet changes, and regular trash removal. The Wi-Fi connectivity and speed are excellent. Essential supplies such as toilet paper are included. The apartment building is a five-minute walk from a Coop supermarket. For an extended stay, you will need to purchase your own food supply, kitchen towels, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, and bring your personal toiletries.Leopoldo Residence provided me with a delightful and memorable experience during my stay in Florence.

  Fantastic stay. Well furnished apartment with super clean furnishings. We had a pleasant experience at booking , check in and check out - very well located in terms of transportation. Short tram ride away from the main train station. The apartment had everything ready and many options of restaurants, supermarkets nearby!

  I stayed at Residence Leopoldo in Florence with my son & husband. We were welcomed at the reception by a very warm host, who showed us around our Premium Studio apartment. She also gave us lots of tips and suggestions on things to see and do in Florence. Since we were there on our anniversary, they were so nice as to gift us a bottle of Prosecco!! The apartment was spacious and very well equipped with a kitchenette and a washing machine. There was an iron in the room too and lots of storage space. It was an excellent deal for the price! The place is well connected to the city centre and a tram is just walking distance from the building. However, after exploring Florence, we did feel we would have enjoyed the vibrancy of the city centre more had we stayed somewhere closer. But then, we may not have had such a comfortable stay that we had here! In all, a great experience!

  We spent three nightsat Leopoldo. Staff was extremely nice and helpful for everything. The place is very convenient, top equipment and quite cozy. We used their parking and went to the city center by tram, just around the corner. Last but not leas, at 5 mins walking there is a wonderful trattoria with the best spaghetti I ever had (Spaghetti Briganti at Fratelli Brigandi). When we go back to Florence, we will go for sure also to Leopoldo.

  Good stay in a great location

  Stayed here for 3 nights with my partner. The lady at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything you would need in it to feel comfortable. The only thing I would comment on is that the bed felt a bit like we were sleeping on the ground as it was very low raise and it needs more pillows. Other than that everything was good.
