    Very attentive staff, good location, small rooms, tiny bathroom. 5-10 minute walk to train, short taxi ride to airport. Overall a good stay.

    Perfect location for your visit to Florence Italy

    My son and I stayed at this Best Western near the airport. Checking was a breeze. The room was perfect for the two of us. I asked the woman at the front desk how best to get to the inner city. She gave us explicit instruction about an easy walk to the tram. Because of the heat, we asked if we could move our second night to later in our trip. She took care of that so we could stay again with them later that month. We had a perfect stay thanks to the staff and the property!

    Dear Expedia and Best Western Florence Team,I’m writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction following my recent stay at the Best Western in Florence, booked via Expedia. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations for several reasons that I feel compelled to share:1. Severely Unreliable Internet: The WiFi connection was practically unusable, making even basic browsing impossible. This created a major inconvenience during my stay.2. Uncomfortable and Potentially Unsafe Sleeping Conditions: I experienced extreme itchiness at night, suggestive of bed bugs or poor hygiene standards. This is unacceptable and a serious health concern.3. Misleading Location Description: The hotel is not centrally located as implied. It’s isolated, requiring a 40–50 minute commute to reach key attractions in Florence. In the summer heat, this was exhausting and frustrating.4. Outdated Facilities: The room looked nothing like the pictures online. It felt dated, with visible signs of wear, including what seemed to be old wall paint or possibly deteriorated wallpaper. The bathroom was also visibly old and in need of renovation.Regrettably, I will not be staying at this property again when visiting Florence and strongly urge Expedia and TripAdvisor to reassess how this hotel is marketed on your platform.

    I was not impressed. We stayed here one night as we had an early flight out of Florence and it was relatively close to the airport. The room was ok, but moving towards shabby. Both the bedroom and bathroom were incredibly cramped with the bathroom door opening onto the bidet. Breakfast was included, but while there was a lot offered, the food was bland and the pastries were inedible. The staff were very friendly and helpful, however, for the price, I would not recommend this hotel.
