    We were very disappointed in our room. There was no air conditioning and it was right next-door to a daycare. The children started playing at 8 AM and continued throughout the morning.The room is very nice, the bathroom is small. It is very clean and well maintained.It is located very close to the Duomo, and excellent restaurants.I would not stay here again.

    My mom and I stayed here and truly enjoyed our experience. The staff were the nicest we’ve ever met- Ivan and Saleem - so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel was very clean and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing. They really made our trip much more comfortable and enjoyable. Such an amazing place and the location is safe and really close to the center. I will definitely be back!Although it’s officially a 3-star hotel, it honestly felt like a 5-star stay.

    The hotel is in a good location—relatively central and about 1 km from the main sights, so we were able to walk everywhere without needing public transport. The place has a retro charm and feels more like a guesthouse than a typical hotel, which we found appealing.We were warmly welcomed by a young man at reception. The room was well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the extra space for having tea or snacks after long walks. The air conditioning worked well. However, the rooms could really use some renovation—the walls were in poor condition in several areas.Breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety: cakes, bread, cheese, cold cuts, fruit, and yogurt—something for everyone. Unfortunately, the service staff at breakfast were not very friendly. As we stayed several days and had many excursions planned, it was important for us to eat enough in the morning. Still, we felt watched and judged by the kitchen staff for how much and what we ate, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional—especially considering we had paid for everything.There were several moments throughout our stay that showed the overall service quality is not at the highest level. Still, we enjoyed our time. For a cultural trip to Florence, the hotel’s location makes it a solid choice despite its flaws.

    We stayed in December ,during our road trip in Europe!It was an Amazing stay for its category.Upon our arrival Slim at the reception was super helpful with his information.Ivan at the check out was very polite ,both of them very welcome!!!The room was very clean,the location was perfect,the breakfast was very good. Definitely recommended!!!

    The swimming pool is too noise people are shouting splashing water no safety ither and jumping in the water without any respect for the other guests and the houses surrounding the pool yes ! While your try to sunbathing with earplugs you have all the Italian staring behind the curtains of their flats ,better go camping than this belive me
