    Loved everything.. I don't remember the names of all the hotel staff, but Sylvia in the breakfast room was wonderful, knowing that we liked capucchino, she made 2 for us, as soon as we walked in, and remembered that my favorite pastry was a slice of cake withe the mixed red berries on top, and brought some out for me... also Lorenzo and William at reception, were very helpful and friendly, and we had may interesting chats with them.

    Lovely hotel close to the centre with a great breakfast and very friendly staff. Close to the centre but quiet and with many good restaurants very close by. Rooms and bathrooms are small but very clean and provide everything that is needed.     Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. The location is great, and the rooms are clean and modern and the breakfast was well served. I would choose Hotel Boston again for my next visit to Florence. I had a wonderful experience.     Excellent service.Goodwill.Tasty breakfasts.Convenient placement of the hotel in the historic center of Florence: less than 15 minute walking to most of tourist places, less than 15 minute walking from the main railway station.     Enjoyed this small and colorful hotel. It has a good location within walking distance to the train station and virtually everywhere you would want to go in Florence. Pleasant buffet for breakfast and loved the charming buffet room. Room was clean and comfortable but lacked any box of tissues or complimentary bottle of water. Nice view of the outdoor seating area from our room and light from window area was welcome but it was a bit dim at night.
