    We spend six nights at Casa Rovai during our stay in Florence. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The guest house is located very centrally. You can visit every attraction by foot. The room was big. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. In front of the building there is a bus station if you need to go further away.     We booked Casa Rovai nearly six weeks before our visit, and from the start, the communication was excellent. We were able to ask our questions via WhatsApp, and the responses were always polite and helpful. Since we were arriving late on a Sunday night, they thoughtfully provided detailed entry instructions, including a video that guided us to our room. Once we were in front of the building, the directions were clear and made the process straightforward.We chose a historic room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious enough for three people, featuring high ceilings adorned with angel paintings, an antique-style wardrobe, and a desk. Everything was beautifully arranged, and the room, including the interior toilet and shower, was immaculate. There was a water dispenser in the hallway, which was convenient for refilling our bottles.The location of Casa Rovai was ideal for us—just a 5-minute walk to the Duomo and within a 10-20 minute walking distance to other attractions. During our August stay, the close proximity to our room allowed us to easily return and refresh ourselves. The air conditioning in the room was effective, providing a comfortable environment for a good night's sleep.Nearby, there was a dollar store on the corner and a charming coffee shop just around the block where we enjoyed morning coffee, croissants, and a variety of sandwiches.Overall, our experience at Casa Rovai was fantastic from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, even presenting us with a thoughtful gift.     Great place for a great price!

    This is a very nice budget hotel to stay at in Florence. Within walking distance of most tourist spots. Very clean and comfortable, and very safe. However it may not be a great place for people that struggle with stairs. Our room was on the third floor and there is an elevator, but it is very small and slow.     excellent location, comfortable and special logging and super friendly service. the breakfast is great. i need to add more characters to finish the review, but i just say - I highly recommend.
