  We recently stayed as a family of 3 with our 1 year old. Location is great and just a short walk from the station and Duomo. We found the room spacious enough (even with a pram) and very comfortable large bed. The only downsides were that the bathroom window opened into the breakfast courtyard so it couldn’t be opened whilst using the shower for obvious reasons. We also declined the use of a travel cot for €20 per night as we felt it was expensive when our toddler would most likely end up in our bed anyways. Staff were lovely & very helpful

  I stayed at Corte dei Sogni Boutique Hotel and had a mixed experience.We were told we were booking a two-bed suite, but when we arrived, the room was very cramped and not what we expected. Instead of two queen beds, there were two small single beds pushed next to each other, which was disappointing and not very comfortable.The room itself felt tight on space overall, and the shower was another issue the hot water didn’t last very long, which made getting ready frustrating.Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. It gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement in both variety and overall experience.There was no iron in the room, which was inconvenient, but to their credit, the front desk attendant was helpful and able to find one for me when I asked.On a positive note, the location is great. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and right near the downtown area, so there’s plenty to do within walking distance.Overall, the stay was average at best the location is the highlight, but the room setup and amenities didn’t quite match expectations.

  Central location with rooms inside a residential building

  Comfortable 3 star hotel with rooms in several sections of a residential apartment building. Easy to miss the entrance when the outside doors are shut (early evening) and your keycard is needed after hours. Keycards also needed at entrance to each floor at the large heavy doors so location feels safe. Reception is not staffed 24 hours so make arrangements if arriving outside of these hours. Spacious room and bathroom with electronically controlled lights. Sufficient space in bathroom for clothes and toiletries. Comfortable bed and pillows and nice to relax in room after a long day exploring Florence. Breakfast opens rather late - 8am. Small but adequate simple breakfast with pancakes/omelette offered and made fresh. Bacon upon request. Friendly staff. Tourist tax had to be paid in cash which was rather inconvenient and odd, considering other hotels allow you to pay by card. Hotel is about a 2 min walk from the Duomo and around a 7 min walk to the train station. Was a bit odd that the room lights and aircon were suddenly turned off at 6am the day we departed. Not sure if us advising reception the night before, that we would be leaving around 6-6:30 was the cause of this.

  We stayed at this hotel during our wedding trip to Florence, and it was absolutely perfect! The owner was incredibly sweet and genuinely excited for us when he found out we were getting married. One morning we missed breakfast, and he kindly offered us croissants and coffee to take back to our room — such a thoughtful gesture!We stayed in the junior suite, which was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was a dream — double sinks, modern fixtures, and plenty of room to get ready. The mini bar was also reasonably priced, which was a nice surprise!Breakfast each morning had a great spread: fresh juice, meats, cheeses, croissants, and they’ll even make you eggs or pancakes to order. It really set a great tone for the day. One of the most unexpected perks was the Netflix login — after traveling through Italy and only finding Italian TV with no subtitles, it was such a treat to relax and watch our favorite shows.The hotel also has an elevator, which was much appreciated with our luggage. Overall, this place was such a gem — beautiful room, warm hospitality, and a great value compared to other hotels in the area. Highly recommend

  Excellent hotel.Great location. Rooms are big, very clean. Great breakfast.Very helpful staff.Close to every where. 7 minutes walk from the train station so no need to take a taxi. Very good restaurants in the area . Very quiet location. Highly recommend
